I’ve been buying cards from Nice Things by Helena for years, they are so unique ♥️ the other day I needed a card and something else so I sent a card and a bar of chocolate 🍫 to her gift wrapped she loved it ♥️ the quality of the card is excellent and the quick service and quick delivery keeps me coming back. I bought my friend a bag a good few years ago and she’s still using it and it looks as good as new.

Disgusting service. Important card never arrived.
So upset . On Thursday I ordered my first card from Nice Things by Helena. Order number 228024. A card for my grand daughter’s first day at school. She is 4 and autistic. He mother told her that her grandad was sending a card. Today she went to school no card and upset.
That’s after Nice things by Helena charging me £3.50 for First Class postage.
I normally use Moon pig but was told your cards and service was better. Never again. So angry. What are you going to do about it. The least you can do is refund my money and please do not offer me any discount vouchers as I wouldn’t use your company ever again.

We were very sorry to hear that your granddaughter’s card hasn’t arrived yet, but as you only placed the order 3 working days ago we hope it will be with her soon.
As my colleague told you in her emails earlier today, your order was placed and dispatched on the same day.
Royal Mail’s first class service has a delivery aim of next working day but, being standard post, this isn’t guaranteed.
We’re also happy to offer Tracked Next Working Day delivery as another delivery option for customers who want to guarantee that their order will arrive the next day.
Royal Mail don't consider post to be lost until 10 working days after dispatch but we will always sort things out after 5 working days for first class delivery.
We’ve asked you to let us know if your card hasn't arrived by the post tomorrow as that will be 5 working days since it was dispatched.
If it isn’t with your granddaughter by the post tomorrow then we would be very happy to resend it or process a refund.
