Thanks for your response Nick however I stand by this review. Your company advised a 40% reduction and the appalling work was paid by the residents group. We had a council tree inspector look over the work and he was horrified, is well aware of your company and warned us off ever using you for anything again.

Terrible company that butchers trees leaving them an absolute mess. Their poor efforts at pollarding and thinning seem completely overdone and put the trees under considerable stress resulting in huge amounts of epicormic growth that blocks pavements.
They seem more interested in getting money than doing what is best for the tree

I have used Nick Bailey three times in the last twelve years to deal with my continually growing eucalyptus tree. I never imagined it would keep growing so much. He did a marvellously artistic job of shaping it the first two times, but the frost finally got to it, and it had to come down.
Once again, I was not disappointed with their efforts, which involved swinging each piece over my neighbour’s fence (enclosed garden) and then over another one, into a walkway, at the end of which their truck was parked.
Extremely hard work for all of them, for which I am very grateful.
I would recommend this company to anyone, even if access is difficult. So friendly and helpful.

Nick took down two 60 ft Leylandii in our back sloping garden. Access is through a side entrance which meant all the remains had to be carried up the garden and out through the side exit. Nothing was left. Nick also removed two 25 ft Leylandii in the front garden and a laurel that had gone wild and was around 20 ft tall and 15 ft wide. Stumps were ground out too. To complete the front garden work as quickly as possible and minimise upheaval for neighbours, there were six guys on the job who made light work of the job.

Nick and his team are consummate professionals. I wouldn't hesitate to call on Nick's services in the future should the need arise.

Truly professional service. No fuss and no bother. Not only is the tree looking great but the area was cleaned and left the way they found it.

We have two very large Beech trees in our Garden, both with TPO's on them. We had approval from Trafford to crown prune them and I was keen for them to be done professionally.

Phil came promptly and reviewd the trees and quoted on the spot. Gemma from the office emailed a confirmation of the quote the same day .
On the day of the job, the team arrived promptly at 8.00a.m.
I had a brief discussion with Tom and then the team got cracking . The operation from start to finish was carried out very professionaly. Everything was left immaculately tidy.
I was very pleased with the result and would certainly recommend Nick Bailey Tree Surgeons .

As is always the case for Nick’s teams, an expert group came to our house to deal with a number of trees and shrubs. The garden and paths were immaculate after they had gone, but more importantly the way they reduced the trees and shrubs was done in a really sympathetic way - nothing is left looking butchered!

We would highly recommend Nick and his team (and have often done so!), having used them many times over the years.

Nick Bailey did really great job. They removed dead wood and thined and lifted the crown on 2 mature oak trees. Would use again.

Absolutely fantastic service. The team removed a tree for us and ground the stump - and then removed another tree which we decided needed to go.

They also did a really good job of respectfully thinning a beautiful old HUGE sycamore - we decided that instead of lopping the top off we would thin it out and they did such a good job.

Nick and his team have once again done a fantastic job, cutting back 3 huge trees and taking out a 4th. They worked quickly and safely then left the garden clean and tidy. I highly recommend this team

Absolutely brilliant service! If you require a tree felling or any other work requiring tree surgeon I recommend you use this company. Very clean an tidy and also very helpful. And listened to exactly what I wanted. 10/10.

Today 19th July, the hottest day of the year so far. Nick and 8 of his guys worked like trojans all day in the blazing heat. Doing what they do best - trimming and chopping our tree’s by at least 40% making sure they still looked like trees at the end of the job. Each of the guys are friendly and courteous a credit to themselves and their employer. A PERFECT JOB completed by the BEST. Thank you.

Nick and team have been doing upkeep on our old garden (trees, shrubs, couple of hedges) maybe every couple of years. This week they reduced and shaped an old prunes and a crab-apple, and fine-trimmed the long hawthorn hedge and a yew hedge. All done exactly as wanted, plus total clearing up, after, brilliant stuff. Very nice people too.

Recently had two large trees reduced in height and shaped. Nick and team were professional , polite and do an excellent job including removing and tidying any loose debris. Would thoroughly recommend .

Phil from the team came and quoted fairly to reduce a large ash tree and several big hedges all the way around our property. They delivered the job exactly as we agreed (in fact end result exceeded my expectations). i would have no hesitation in trusting them for future jobs. Pleasant and polite group. Also, unbelievable climbing skills!!

Delighted with the job done to reduce and tidy up our beech tree. The lads turned up when they said they would, were very polite and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Garden left clean and tidy afterwards. Will definitely use again.

Just had one huge copper beech felled and another one's crown reduced.

Excellent job done by helpful, extremely professional and conscientious team. The job was done exactly as we hoped for with minimum disruption and the site thouroughly cleared and tidied. The climber who did the crown reduction is a real artist.
