Absolutely horrific experience trying to use this site to apply for a driving license for my son, and the woman who anwsered the helpline was obvioulsy having a bad day.

Annoying and totally useless. Not able to finish account set up due to id security check.

no matter what i do i cannot access my account i have followed all the proceedures for accssessing but to no avail not a good system

I am a pregnant woman and I can't access my mycare app. All my appointments including my online antenatal appointment are on it while ni direct take their time manually verififying my identity. I need my verification sorted for my appointments! The links go directly to my app including the teams link for my antenatal appointments. I phoned today and my response is i can't help you I asked what stage they are on at verifying my identity and I'm told they can't track it. Absolutely disgusting behaviour I'm sure you are aware how important my appointments are but more so now because I have to be monitored closely. Shame on you. Don't ring customer care they aren't helpful and the only response i got was I can't help you.

Terrible incompetent. Now it's second week as im trying to validate my identity as I needed a share link of my driving licence to provide to my insurance company and I still don't have it. Today my prove of address was declined, although I provided my energy bill. And my insurance was cancelled now. Thx for nothing.

Why are you still sendin update about cost of living payments saying there are new updates and then when you read its a bloody year old and they have stopped giving out cost of living payments its bloody annoying. You give me hope making me thing there is a new cost of living payment coming and then you find out your talking about something that happened a year ago. Stop it already it really getting on my last nerve.

I'm sorry but you give out wrong information.. I recently read from the site that if you get paid pip on January the first it was getting paid as if normal but actually it is wrong you actually get it early on the 31st December.

Try to update your driving licence address.....unbelievable how difficult they make it ...useless site

Iv been out of work for 3 weeks about my license this is a bad system no one cares in this place

I have read poor newspaper reports about this organisation but my experience has been positive. I went online early Tuesday morning, filled in the necessary forms and submitted requested evidence of identity. I was able to download my certificate of vaccination by lunchtime. As someone who is not a great fan of civil servants ... credit where credit is due.
