NSB Between the staff, the community and bot itself unbelievable support!!! Any issue always handled asap top priority!! We wont go into updates well why not NSB constantly updating new features, modules, UI, etc... come join the Family

I have been using NSB since the introduction of the software. NSB has been very reliable over the years and they have always provided tip top support over the years when required. Besides the support, regular updates and new sites have been constantly introduced. If you have been thinking about using NSB, don't think long, just do it.

Great support team, very fast site modules and module additions are fast. Also the AI Captcha Solver is very fast and accurate since the most recent update. Would 100% recommend!

The only one best bot and very good team

They recently changed my subscription to auto-renewal without my consent or knowledge and then wouldn't stop the payment (which was still clearing so they physically could stop the transaction) and then refused to issue a refund.

They also did not issue a reminder email close to the renewal time which is breach of british consumer law and they are entirely liable for this."Clear and obvious reminder"...

I will be pursuing them legally for the money back as this is now a matter of principle. I've used NSB for 3 years happily and I have NEVER had it automatically renew, each time was a one-off purchase and this time was no different. I have been scammed of this money.

I've done well for them and promoted them with some big Ws using their bot, but this is scummy. I'm audHD and currently struggling financially, they could have easily stopped the payment clearing. It was through paypal and would have taken a couple of clicks, but you would rather scam a loyal customer of something they cannot afford to lose? I didn't want it, I didn't have my account set to auto-renewal, I have been scammed of this money.

Absolutely gutted with this after everything, do not trust them and screenshot your account page set to not auto-renew!

Your daft customer service agent gave me everything I need to settle this legally!

Edit: They still haven't reached out and even tried to get this review taken down despite their comment below. I've literally had to review my comment to prevent it being taken down. So this edit is my review, everything I said above still stand and these guys could not care less about anything other than their public image. Avoid and use one of the many good bots out there like Adonis

NSB is one of bests in the industry and it has helped me secure multiple hyped releases on Nike and Amazon. it's reliable and easy to use. The community is supportive and the staff is always there to help you. I highly ecommend NSB!
