I wanted to purchase a nice VPS and the one I built would’ve cost me $36 for three months. My payment method was bitcoin so I sent over the correct amount of bitcoin to match to $36 for the VPS. It was stuck on the accepting PAYMENT screen, but I checked the block chain and it went through. **I have a transaction ID**

I emailed support and after 24 hours the email bounced back from Google saying the delivery was incomplete.

This is very upsetting. So I’m pretty sure I got screwed. Just use a different VPS don’t use Nimbus.

The payment has been completed and I have been waiting 48h and I contacted the support through the email and there’s no response I think this website is a scam,
Also they don’t have any accounts on any social platforms as the say on their website.

I purchased a VPS from NimbusVPS and paid $8.26 through OxaPay.

The payment was successfully confirmed, and I received an official payment confirmation email from OxaPay containing both the Track ID and Order ID.

However, my VPS has now been stuck on "Building your server" for approximately 24 hours.

The page says:

"Allocating resources and installing the operating system. Credentials are emailed on completion."

I have not received any VPS credentials or any other email from NimbusVPS.

I contacted NimbusVPS support by email after the VPS remained stuck for many hours, but I have received no response so far.

What concerns me most is that the website advertises VPS deployment in under 5 minutes, while my order has been stuck for approximately 24 hours.

I understand that technical problems can happen, but customers should at least receive a response from support when a paid order is not delivered.

At this point, I cannot recommend NimbusVPS based on my experience.

I am posting this review so other customers can be aware of my experience before making a crypto payment. I hope NimbusVPS will respond, either deliver the VPS or issue a refund.
