I signed up for a free trial of Nimt.ai and unfortunately forgot to cancel it. I was charged €79 per month for three consecutive months (€237 total) before I noticed. As soon as I realized, I immediately canceled the subscription.
I reached out to their customer support team politely to request a partial or full refund since I have not used their service at all. Unfortunately, they have completely ignored my emails and have not responded. While I understand the mistake of not canceling the trial was mine, the complete lack of customer service and refusal to communicate is very disappointing. Proceed with caution if you try their platform.

Awesome tool to understand GEO search for your website. Took about 10 mins to onboard my site. Was amazed to see the insights it provides. Like site ranking, AI visibility, what pages on my site and the competitor for GEO. After a couple days you can get recommendations how to adjust your pages for fan out queries for the type of page it is. Next fav is they have an AI prompt built in so you can ask questions about the data and how to use the tool. Last is they have reached out to me in the chat to check if I needed help or an overview. Other tools out there are over twice as much. Can wait to see the results in the next couple weeks.
