Please avoid this company like the plague! Customer service is truly appalling and the product quality is some of the worst I’ve seen!!

I waited 28 days from ordering to delivery and what I received was nothing like the advert. Different colour, shoddy cut and poor quality. I will be returning the item. Please do not waste your time and money on this rubbish.

Why is this brand name still selling goods!!!!???? They are totally FAKE! They are taking your money! And they do not come up with the goods. This is a warning to all who think they are paying for nice garments. They fooled me. DON'T LET IT BE YOU!

Rubbish product and expected to return back to China at my cost! Dreadful company

I ordered and paid £54 for a pr of every day shoes at the end of July 2026. As of today, 13th September still waiting. Tried to contact them
Numerous times, no response. I intend now to s seek a refund with my credit card company. This trader should be banned.

Do not buy, I have asked for a refund on an item, the emails keep bouncing back, not been able to contact them at call.

A month after placing my order the jacket has not arrived. The firm is not based in London as the website suggests so they have taken my money and not sent anything.

Do not buy from this site, they are not London based as it leads you to believe, the return address is China, the trousers ordered were horrendous quality, very slow to respond to emails, they will not send me a copy of their returns policy which they insist states returns are to china despite there being a London return address on the parcel label.

Drop-ship bait and switch scam based out of China. One of many many sites with different names, givalli lifestyle, nina nicole etc etc.... DO NOT PART WITH YOUR MONEY.

I recently bought a dress from this site, and I was so so disappointed to receive a very shabby and ugly flimsy material dress. When I emailed the company to get the refund they said I have to fill in the form and the return address was in China which I would have to pay 25£s for postage. This is a complete ripoff. Here I highly advise never ever buy anything from this site.

CHEAP. Sizing is Chinese = tiny. Medium is more like XS. Was out of stock when purchased, no one emailed so i messaged, they told me it was then and I asked to cancel order as it was past the date I needed, no further correspondence and item quality is cheap. Says premium quality, received 100% polyester. DO NOT BOTHER with this company.

This company I feel is a scam why it is called nina-nicole London beats me as it takes a month for item to be delivered and is very poor quality and sizing different to uk sizing .Also if you need to return item it has to go to a Chinese address within 14days which to send that quickly would cost more than the item .Really not even worth 1 star

I have been unable to get a legitimate refund from Nina-Nicole. They simply do not reply to emails and there is no telephone number to contact them on. I have therefore had to go to the trouble of doing a charge back on my credit card. Their delivery is late, the quality of material is not as described and the garment was nothing like as attractive as it looked online. This company leaves a great deal to be desired.

I’ve contacted this company five times the email does not pop back . I sent it As Indy on the form the email address written for communication is not a valid email I’ve google Nina Nicole for the email address and sent it to them and still I’ve not had a rely just the usual acknowledgement mail saying they are busy but aim to get back to me soon and no they don’t

The item I bought is not linen as stated, this is misinformation. It has no label stating what it is made of, thirdly it has no washing instructions and fourthly it has no maker's label.
The return cost for returning it back to China is more than half the cost of the item. This is not reasonable. I’m not guaranteed that you will send me a refund so I’m not prepared to do that. I have no option but to put the item in the bin and give you a shocking review on your company. This might be OK in China but not in the UK. I’ve never ordered anything before with such an unreasonable returns policy.

Ordered a jumper at Christmas it was never delivered and apparently sent back to the warehouse I’ve been trying to get hold of someone for weeks for a refund. No one will answer my emails it’s awful .

Eigentlich minus 10 Sterne. Das ist reiner Betrug. Erst bekommt man die Sendung nicht, dann kommt etwas komplett anderes Minderwertigeres, das auch nicht die richtige Größe hat. Und mit dem Vermerk "keine Rücksendung",Stammt ja auch aus China. Da koennte man gleich Temu nehmen.
Solch eine Betrüger Firma muss angezeigt werden!!! Und ein Verbot verhaengt bekommen. Machen Ihr Geld nur mit Betrug.
Bloss nichts bestellen. Hier stimmt nichts.

Avoid at all costs, items not as shown in photos on the website - cheap knock-off versions, awful fabric. Scam website! *UPDATE* I contested the fake that the company sent, no reply, received a full refund from my credit card company.
