En terme de qualité le set est exceptionnel : les capsules sont solides, parfaitement réalisé et le design est encore plus beau en vrai. Les détails sont fins, élégants et très soignés. On voit tout de suite le professionnalisme et la passion derrière chaque création !

The artist was busy with lots of orders because of the League of Legends post and still answered every little question I had.
The package was packed with SO MUCH LOVE. Everything u need for applying the nails was in it.
I still need some sets with shorter nails so I will order again and I'm looking forward to it!

Owner attitude.
I ordered a set of nails and the owner changed the design (mainly colour) without asking me if I'm okay with it. Thankfully it was a nicer looking design but the fact stands.
In the store it's possible to buy custom designs for a higher price but after a few hours from publishing them on social media, they get... Posted on the site for the regular price (which is NOT a standard practice in the industry). There's no information anywhere before purchase that you pay more to essentially give the inspiration for the new projects that the artist will benefit from later on. There's no design to confirm before the artist makes them either.
Besides that - artist is extremely rude on social media to anyone who dares to even ASK questions or express views differing from her own, doesn't look grateful for all the appreciation we give but complains about having orders... She also has the tendency to "rant" about criticism without (conveniently) specifying what happened to provoke this reaction. I was willing to let all those small things fly if it wasn't for the fact that mere hours after simply asking about the details about custom designs, she posted the dubious tweet that said "people are so uneducated and disrespectful about handcraft and entrepreneurship, it’s SO BORING and i’m supposed to stay calm and polite 🤡". It's unprofessional, unkind and an extreme overreaction to someone simply asking a question.
Shame, since I wanted all the best for them and tried to support what I thought was a young, talented and humble woman. In all my communication with them I was trying to be gentle (since I saw how negatively the artist reacted to all criticism) and show customer's perspective without forcing my view onto her but it was only viewed as two-faced. I still wish the business all the best.
I initially didn't want to be too detailed with this review but with the response from the owner I feel pushed to be more specific.
PS. Even the owner's reply is showing a lot... My last mail (that she thumbed up) said "Ooh that's a shame. Then maybe I'll wait till someone has the same idea haha. Thanks for the reply!" but it's easier to twist my words and paint me as a hater. Sasha - I wish you health, happiness and for your business to blossom but please see another human being in your clients. I am sure you already write about me on social medias but unlike you - I don't like drama and stay away from public. Cheers.

For the first point about the change of color, the original set was a mix of color I made a few months ago and since I upgraded my nail art materials and was able to buy the real color, well I upgraded the set. My bad because I should have said something before, it’s not a big change and since in my head, it was upgrading something to be better, I didn’t see the bad in it. You sent me an email to say you were in love with your set when you received it and that you wanted to buy two custom sets.
Secondly, I never had any problems about custom theme orders and I’m ALWAYS available when people ask me questions about anything related to my work and process, it’s literally written everywhere on my website to come talk to me and as you can see, I did answer to you about custom orders process and you didn’t seem to be bothered that there is no sketch beforehand and I ALWAYS tell people that if they have special wants about their set, I’m here to follow their guidelines since they paid for it. The majority of my clients let me freestyle though so it’s rarely a collaboration of ideas between us and it’s crazy to say I will benefit from your inspiration as it’s just a champion/skin name that is given for the order for me to create something out of it.
I already said I didn’t have time anymore like at the beginning to create new sets with champions I choose so yeah custom theme orders allow me to create new global sets and it has never been an issue ? It would be pretty hard to make 10 different nail sets for 1 champion for 10 different clients. My prices are not low but they are not as high as they should be for the time, quality and work I do. Creating sets generally take me 6 to 8 hours as it’s really a whole process to illustrate a champion/skin essence into a nail set, sometimes I need to redo some nails because I’m not satisfied, I usually make 10 different nails and not mirrored sets so it’s more work and more ideas to find, painting, sculpting, cleaning and putting the nails in the box is a lot of time I spend on one set. Taking pictures, uploading them on my socials and website, doing publicity, interacting with my community is something I don’t pay myself to do. If people decide to not give my guidelines and let me freestyle then yeah I don’t think there is a confirmation to give as I already worked on it and that it was clear from the beginning.
So yeah, if it’s a freestyle custom order, I release it after at a lower price because creation and reproduction don’t take the same time, I think it’s kind of obvious and I kinda like the idea that people who get custom sets unlock new champions and skins to the shop. And that’s also why I don’t charge 100€ + as I should because I also benefit from it and it allows me to keep expanding and I’ve always been transparent about it via emails or dms, we even discussed about it.
For the part about me being rude on my socials and not being grateful, well I don’t think that’s true. I try to answer to ALL my comments, I often thank everyone and say how grateful I am because if my small business is alive that’s because of my community and their trust. For Tiktok comments section, sometimes I don’t have the patience and I still need to learn how to dissociate myself and my work which is hard because I put all of my heart and soul into my project and sometimes I take things personally.
Anyway, it’s funny to say you wanna support an artist when you didn’t tell me this when we talked via email just to leave a bad review on Trustpilot that CAN’T be removed because you were not happy about the price, even though I explained the process to you before you buy any custom sets. Our conversation even ended on you saying you will wait for someone else to want a Viktor set so you could get it at a cheaper price, proving you don’t put value into the creation and artistic process.
Un travail soigné
Un travail soigné, sublime et de qualité. Derrière ces magnifiques ongles, une personne adorable avec une très bonne communication. Tout comme les ongles, le packaging est adorable, bien pensé et complet.
J'ai déjà craqué plusieurs pour ses sets, et ce n'est pas la dernière fois !
