Nine Win Casino

I signed up for Nine Win Casino because the welcome offer looked appealing and I wanted to try a casino I hadn't used before. Creating an account was easy, but the positive first impression disappeared pretty quickly once I started playing. I eventually compared it with boomingslots.plus because the promotions were much clearer there and I didn't have to spend time figuring out what the actual requirements were

The biggest disappointment was how confusing the bonus terms turned out to be. The offers looked generous on the homepage, but after reading the conditions, there were so many restrictions that they lost most of their appeal

HiUnfortunately I wasn't able to resolve the technical issues they were faced with. I was promised a sports bonus from a works cup promotion. I think it was a accident but I have to email to recover it after 24hours. I have no knowledge of betting but I was told the odds to bet on. That didn't work. I then was told odds 1/4 that didn't work. The sister sites I use as a VIP had no issues with awarding me a goodwill casino balance instead. I asked 5 times to help me place a bet as I was denied a casino bonus. Also my account needed verification but I was unaware. I've been a patron for over 2 years now. I have dyslexia and ADHD and the betting system isn't my forte yet. I submitted my vip status from another site 5 days ago and nothing has happened. I'm just going to leave the sports bet there because they have no bets with the odds available anywhere. Also via chat which were completely helpful and great. Had no knowledge of my bonus until I sent a screenshot shot. I have emailed multiple times. Ive basically not been able to bet anyway because it's not acknowledged.
I was meant to receive a daily present for the world cup but that promotion was taken away. I have it in transcript. The sister sites jokabet and nine casino are absolutely amazing. They had the same issue and responded and resolved instantly.

Terrible web site, stay well clear, won'tlet me withdraw my money, i wouldn't give them 1 star!! It would be minus 10 ! Awful web site, the worst of the worst

Great site, I only do small stakes but never had so many decent wins, best was £500 from a 10p push and the payouts get faster the more you move up the pecking order.

Thieves! I won.£200 quickly but had to wager another £234 before I could withdraw it. Saying they do this to avoid money laundering. Wtf!!!

Account suspended without warning after nearly two years as a customer, despite always gambling responsibly. They claim “concerning activity” but provided no clear explanation.

Most concerning is that they are holding my £52 balance and refusing to release my own money to my bank account. A 30-day suspension was imposed, and my reasonable request for a 7-day break was ignored.

Very disappointing treatment of a long-term customer. Responsible gaming should not mean withholding customer funds.

Was OK at first I did nothing wrong except ask by email why they take a deposit but then charge you extra on your bank acc next day....they decided to delete my account without warning...avoid joining them at all costs!!!!

I have just read some reviews. My review is a massive 5 🌟 I must say as i find it and its the best site I have ever been on. I have had trouble with big name sites and they do everything and anything not to pay you out. But my experience with ninewin is awesome. I have had big winnings and paid out promptly when I withdraw plus it says could take 2-5 days like all sites say but its done in hours not days. They have a huge range if different games. My best experience is with V.I.P staff they go above and beyond to make sure your looked after if you have anything you want to ask they deal with it promptly and whatever it is they sort it straight away they are 5 🌟 + all the way. Brilliant site.

When are people going to wake up and smell the coffee. I won £5,000 on this site and they would not accept official documentation.

Deposit money to get bonus hardly nothing at all
at same time it just kept buffering on all
games. This has happend numberous times now. I believe this is what they want so it doesnt land for you to win. I wont be playing on this site again.

Can't verify my account and can't withdraw. Do not use.

I think the loyalty bonuses an goodwill gestures dont give you much back,an also if you do get lucky an win a little back they won't let you withdraw it all you can only withdraw in little amounts a day so you end up losing again

Scam , tou can deposit easy but you cannot withdraw

They longer when you make a deposit to go through and when you win you can collect the money because they say go to bonus.

As all have said cant withdraw winnings..so just used the winnings shut account never use again.better sites out there never had this with other sites

Total scam deposit £50 nothing really dropping got up to £100 thought sod it I'll take it to then be told got to wager £93.0 before I could withdraw anything no bonus to wager guess what nothing dropped after that you have to wager your own money

Every time I have a query or a problem I have access to the chatbot
who helps. If he can't I am immediately transferred to a human. I have had Valentino help me 2 or 3 times. Excellent service
