She was polite, attentive, patient, helpful and clear in her explanation of what was required from me, in order to achieve what I needed from NINODirect.
It was a pleasure to have her help me this morning.

I think NASH would be great as an instructor to teach customer service people MANY other companies how to best deal with customers and their queries!
