They got me, too! I knew better. It was too good to be true. Their website is down, my tracking stopped and I saw the same ad I fell for on FB under another company, LOL! Don't waste your time. Learn from us.

Definitely a scam - been waiting 25 days for my order and the tracking now leads to an error page :) previously the tracking said there was an error at customs + issues with my delivery address (lies!) BUYER BEWARE!!

WOW... This is carzy... I have been waiting for 2 months and have not received my TV... They are theifs... I have contact thier support team and no response.. Tracking information leads item to the warehouse and nothing there after...

Scam of course. Website has an Orlando address and name so will be filing a police report referencing the attorney listed as the owner. Hilarious that an attorney would choose to scam people $100 at a time but I guess that’s America!

The website is down, and it’s completely spammy, talking about cleared in customs and other nonsense. They took my money, and I can’t get it back. This is ridiculous! If I could rate zero, I would. I’m calling the bank right now. From now on, I’m using PayPal for my online purchases. This is unacceptable.

I also did not receive my item. They promised a full refund then nothing. THIS IS A SCAM. You will lose your money.

As others have said. Scam!! Tracking all looks hopeful and then disappears.

Scammers! I got scammed too order almost a month ago they say my address is undeliverable and their website is all of a sudden down! Don’t order any ninopix !

Wish I could give 0. WISH I READ REVIEWs on trustpilot. I never received my order. Just imagine how much money they are making by scamming people and getting away with it. The tracking number states delivery missed when someone is at home 24/7. Tracking number as i write no longer works!!!!! “Not found” . This is nasty work. Please avoid this company. I just want my money back (doubt) . I ordered 19th April still NOTHING. Evil people

Gutted, I have been scammed! Ordered this back in April and shipping tracker keeps saying I am out of with another courier. Spent £60 and now lost it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Scam, never received the tv I ordered from them over a month ago, tracking site is bs as everyone has said... It's a shame these types of actions go unpunished, filthy, greedy, lying scammers get rewarded in life and just get to take advantage of peoples hard earned money.. Lesson learned, sorry to those who fell for the same scam.. Shame on the platforms that let this go on as well.

Scam! Do not order! Same as others. Order never arrived. Site down now. Tracking link doesn’t work. Email doesn’t work either.

I ordered one unit to assess the product quality, and it was shipped as indicated on the website and tracking number. The shipment got lost by the carrier. And I was emailed by the team after a number of days. They said the order was lost, and they sent out a new order. I am still awaiting my order status and delivery date update. This product was a scam. Please do not buy anything from them.

Scam. I purchased on 5/2/25 and still no order received. Tracking through launch movers is a scam. I tried contacting them via the email on the site and got an invalid email response. Ninopix site is now down. Tried contacting their support and no response. Filed dispute with bank. I knew it was too good to be true.

SCAMMERS - DO NOT USE
I saw the advert on Facebook and thought it was too good to be true and it was! Website and tracking no longer work, you learn from your mistakes. I should have done more research.
