Ordered 6 polo shirts, changed my mind in a few minutes and sent an email to cancel. Refused the cancellation saying it was already on its way. They would help me with the return if needed. Got the package…order TOTALLY wrong! Meant to be 1 black 5 blue shirts in Extra Large..I got ALL,BLACK in LARGE. They email me back with many instructions for the return, needing photos of everything and I did as instructed…return fee was £39.00Got an email today saying I would be getting a store credit….not a refund. I am waiting to hear back from them and will contact my bank to see if i can do so ething about itbb

Do NOT use this company absolutely terrible. Shirts not correct to our sizing and colours wrong to what i ordered!!!! They said in their policies if the colours i ordered was not available they can send what they want!!! Will not let me return them and offered 20%off one off my next order 🤔🤬. Not ever using you again you cheap Chinese rip off merchants

Terrible quality, not fit for wearing. Ordered three t shirts all came not true to size and wrong colours and fabric so bad completely see through. Impossible to return or get any money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I have been ripped off.

I ordered a size Large because I read to get a size bigger and in 3 different colors. When they arrived they fit like a size medium for a child and 2 were the same color. When you message them about it oh you can ship back to china for more than what you paid for it at your cost for a refund. When I messaged them back about scamming people they never responded back to me.

Awful product with even worse customer service. Won't respond when you request to cancel subscription and they will keep billing you. Do not order.

Stay away from this company selling fake polo shirts sizes are all wrong and can't get a refund they don't offer return labels and you have to pay for postage back to China and that doesn't guarantee a refund

Nivelle makes it as difficult as possible to get a refund don't use them their sizing is poor and quality cheap don't buy from them you'll regret it

Do not buy from these suppliers. They are selling FAKE counterfeit overpriced products that are of low quality. I paid €41 for two counterfeit polo shirts that were too small with threads sticking out of it and it was not addressed. I asked for a reason why counterfeit products were being sold and was asked to complete a return form.Avoid buying from this
site as they are advertising clothing as genuine and they are clearly counterfeit.
