Love NixiHost. They are stellar. The price point is excellent for what I need, and they always have top notch customer service. They are expedient and knowledgeable and are always able to resolve my issues quickly. They're also very nice and tend to hang out in the chat just in case I need anything else. They're awesome.

Terrible provider. No customer support for people on different time zones. Must be very small business and probably insecure

Great customer service in weekday chats. I'm in the process of opening a hosting account and transferring some websites to Nixihost from other hosts. I've found their chat support great -- good response times, knowledgable, thoughtful and clear responses, etc. And prices are good/etc. It was very helpful before I opened the account, and it's been very helpful after opening the account, too.

Terrible. They are badgering me for money. Telling me to pay. I’ve requested to cancel multiple times. They are not allowing me to cancel, now trying to badger me for late fees. Multiple late fees. I’ve reached out to support multiple times to cancel. Convoluted process. & actually impossible on mobile due to site format.

Yet they keep badgering me for money & late fees. All crap. Terrible service. Will not help. Keeping me trapped& wasting my time.

I came to Nixihost because of all the positive reviews i read on reddit and I haven't been disappointed. The support is fast and they are so helpful. The functionality of the website is great too. Highly recommend.

Great support service with a real person. No scammy add-ons like charging for SSL when it's free via Let's Encrypt. It was automatically added to a new subdomain I was adding, what a breeze compared to other companies. Highly recommend!

1. NixiHost offers a human experience, where you can ask questions without getting a scripted answer.

2. They have an unbelievable amount of patience. I've had several domains on Bluehost for years, and am aware of what bad customer service looks like. I've been more than thrilled after moving over to Nixihost and having them walk me through some processes while also detangling a lot of the errors that were put in place.

3. They have helped my add additional services with ease. I haven't had to spend time mentally preparing to deal with a basic issue.

Legitimately the best customer service I've ever dealt with every time. No exaggeration. Any questions I ever have are always explained patiently, quickly, and thoroughly. Any issues are fixed asap.

Unbelievably fast support! I was just so impressed by the speed of the response and resolution: the kind of request that I always thought should take a couple of minutes, often takes a half hour (including a lot of waiting time) anywhere else.

Excellent service from a small company. Really happy with the service and reliability. The customer service agents are super helpful and quick. Really good pricing too that doesn't constantly change like with the other providers. Very clear billing, good payment options. I am super satisfied.

I am a noob when it comes to webhosting, Nixiehost's support team is professional and fast, answering my questions and helping me get going within like five minutes of my asking. They price is great too, if you're looking for friendly, human, webhosting this is it.

I have had a reseller account with Nixihost for ~ 10 years, and the service and support has been excellent. I have no trouble recommending them.

Helpful staff, above and beyond service, murphy in particular was extremely helpful.

I hosted a wordpress site with them, built my site, forgot about it for a month, and came back to find it gone. I realised I’d missed a payment so reached out to customer support, where they said they deleted my account and backups of the site, and wanted to charge $150 to give me the backup. When I told them they didn’t notify me, they said “your invoicd notifications were off”. Extortionate company, avoid at all costs.

Note on their reply: Their claim that I “disabled all email notifications” is inaccurate. I disabled invoice notifications, which has nothing to do with complete account deletion.

LOVE Nixihost - I just migrated 2 websites from the dreaded Bluehost and am already in love with how my website is working - so much better. Nixihost support were amazing with lightning fast responses and they went above and beyond to get my site working - despite me not being a techy person and fumbling my way through. They were great, highly recommend, and I love their pricing structure - way easier to decipher and budget for than many of their competitors. Thank you Nixihost!

I have used NixiHost without incident for the past year and it has been totally solid. As someone who cannot afford the time to do much of my own IT, I found the need to use a web host with easy templates to set up my website, eventually necessitating a transfer of my domain to simplify everything. Of course, I waited until the last minute and realized I may be cutting it a bit short. I reached out to the online chat support and they approved the transfer immediately. Fantastic support!

I've been with Nixihost for several years now. They offer stellar support, great service, and communicate in plain english that a layman like me can understand. Highly recommend!
