NLL Travels planned an incredible two-week European vacation for us that took us through three countries (the United Kingdom, France, and the Netherlands) with overnight stays in London, Paris, and Amsterdam. Every detail was handled flawlessly. From airfare and accommodations to transportation between countries and around each city, everything was organized and clearly communicated. We stayed in a combination of hotels and Airbnbs, traveled seamlessly by train and subway, and received recommendations for shopping, dining, sightseeing, and even money exchange.

What impressed me most was that this trip took place during the height of COVID, when travel restrictions, testing requirements, and documentation were constantly changing. NLL Travels stayed on top of every requirement and ensured we had exactly what we needed for each destination. That level of attention to detail gave us peace of mind and allowed us to focus on enjoying our vacation instead of worrying about logistics.

I am giving them tops so far because they've impressed me already and in this post pandemic world we live in, customer service and quality is awful. My friends and I are ready to plan our 3rd getaway and a coworker ran across this company on her IG. I am so grateful I am NOT the one planning the trip this time but more than that, I already feel like I am leaving all the planning and details in the hands of a friend I've known for a long time and has our best interest first. This company was extremely easy to get in touch with, very friendly and accommodating with my schedule and budget. I never thought I'd be able to travel with my budget but always dreamed of it.

I worked with them for my trip to Dubai. They were great! I spoke mainly with the founder Maury as I had very specific requirements. He was super accommodating and got me everything I wanted for a great price. The payment plan was also easy to use and a great alternative to having to pay for a flight in one chunk with is always a pain!!

Spending my honeymoon in Paris was always a dream I had but never thought I’d be able to. Luckily my fiance surprised me and told me we’d be able to do it using this company he came across. NLL made the trip ten times easier than I thought it would be. They helped from beginning to end and I was able to avoid having anxiety on my honeymoon. Thanks guys!!
