I ended up not liking the product that I ordered through them, no fault of theirs, and the return and refund process was smooth and easy and didn't cost me anything.

The ordering was easy and shipment was in a timely manner with notices being received so that you know what is happening with your order which I really liked, however my product was disappointing as it did not work when I received it. Return so far has been easy but I do have to take it to a post office not the easiest for me as it is an awkward package and I am older. I would have loved my product if it had worked.

I ordered this as a gift from Walmart.ca It was mistakenly refused by the giftee at time of delivery.....it has been 6 weeks (I reordered, not realizing it was from a 3rd party seller, not the Walmart I trust) and I have not been credited with the refund.....be careful when ordering I will never order online from Walmart again. this is not the first time I have had troube with their 3rd party sellers

I went to Walmart in Timmins to pick up my order. My order didn't match anything they had.
I did my shopping while they called someone and finally found my order.

Je suis très satisfaite de la rapidité de la livraison et de la qualité du produit qui est très comparable à l'instant pot. De plus, le YÉDI vient avec des accessoires que IP nous fait payer!
Je possède déjà deux IP (3quart et 6 quart) et si vous avez à faire un choix je recommande fortement le YÉDI pour le rapport qualité - prix avec un plus beau design et tout aussi fiable!

I really liked your service but the reason I gave 3 stars is since you mentioned in your website delivery within 2 to 3 days in Ontario where I received almost after 5 days otherwise I am completely satisfied.

Product is great.
Shipping was fast. Happy with my experience. Would definitely buy from them again.
