A real con - you can get better and cheaper deals at all times on No7 products through Boots, both in store and online. I didn't do my maths as it looked liked a good deal and thought ordering from No7 direct would be better but that was not the case! The products also arrived in what looked like an old jiffy bag, with all the packaging of the products damaged!

Came across this website and thought I'd try it. Products arrived the next day. All well packaged. Really pleased with free gifts. Absolutely delighted with this website and so pleased I gave it a try. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Being honest, I was sceptical after reading the reviews however the prices were so good I decided to order using PayPal for buyer protection
I cannot fault the service, I ordered Wednesday & my full order was delivered on Friday
I was kept informed of the progress of my order all the way through
I'll definitely be ordering again

Recently bought some n07 foundation, I tried it and the foundation had the consistency of paste it didn't spread on the skin at all and just stuck like dough. The foundation seemed dried out. I took it back to Bluewater and explained the problem. Normally this product has good standards.

Sport on service. Ordered my wife a gift on Saturday morning and it arrived Sunday afternoon. Helpful staff on the Text Chat service and secured some great discounts.

Not happy with this product at all.
My eyes became puffy and under my eyes sagged badly after 4 days. Took theses products back for a full refund.
No contact information on packaging at all.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered £100 worth of goods with next day delivery which didn't arrive. Chased up and was told to complete a lengthy form listing every single product not receievd despite the package in full never arriving. There is no option to do this electronically easily as you have to use a pen function which is wobbly at best. The alternative is to print and scan the form which is ridiculous in this day and age, and an additional cost / time if you don't have a printer at home like myself. Very poor customer service with no apology or eagerness to resolve the issue. Will not be shopping with them again.

I had an in-store service appointment No 7 in Boots Waterloo station and I won't book any appointment again. Beauty counter did for me Macmillan service, but on the end she expected that I will buy cosmetic products that she used for me during the appointment and did not want to provide any samples. She wasn't happy and gave me few small bottles with cream just on the bottom of the bottle, that I can't even rich. I think she should provide normal samples to me, to try first that I can make decision, what I would like to buy in future, not try to push me buy around 8 different skincare products straight away. It specially because it's saying that an appointment is free and there no mandatory to buy something straight away. I was feeling uncomfortable and under pressure , like it wasn't a free appointment but like I just came from the street and started push her to do something for me. I won’t attend anymore any No 7 in-store service.

We were served by sue on the No7 counter she recommended a face balm, primer and a glow cream. All the purchasers I am extremely happy with.

I received an email offering 40% off certain No7 products and sure enough, the amount due at the checkout dropped from more than £100 to just over £60. I couldn’t log in to my Boots account to pay because it kept telling me that my password was incorrect. It was only after several calls to customer services that I realised No7 is completely separate and needs to be purchased by logging in to the No7 website. By the time this all came to light 48 hours later, the discount had dropped to 20%. Despite sending screenshots of my basket with the original 40% discount, they would not honour this. I explained that I had been unable to log in and pay online and was told that I should have phoned. Customer services was shut while all this was going on but having spoken to them today, they have confirmed that nothing can be done. This is the poorest service I’ve experienced for a while but perhaps it has worked to my advantage since several of the product reviews are pretty poor.

Shocking customer service. Completely unhelpful and uninterested. Don’t bother with these.

I love no.7 products. But their Age Defying Plumping Lip Cream is definitely a no no. My lips felt as if they were going on fire! I rushed to wash the stuff off and it went in the bin !

I received the No 7 package as a Christmas present. The products were awful. Despite their disclaimer not to use the product near your eyes (even the eye cream!!), I experienced watery, stinging eyes so much that I really couldn't see. The fragrance is just plain horrible. I developed a eye stye that also blocked my vision & took forever to go away. I contacted the company & they will not stand by their products. They claim my "issue" was a normal response (LOL). I have been in contact with them for 3 weeks, dealing with different employees in customer service........7 to be exact. I am at a loss for words............STAY AWAY!

I bought a future renew bundle and separate future renew eye cream. I expected to also receive a free cleanser and eyeshadow as advertised if you spent over £60, I spent £84. I didn't receive the free gifts. When I queried this they said because I'd had a discount of over £9 applied on the eye cream they removed the free stuff from my order. The eyeshadow and cleanser would have cost way more than £9 and if I'd ordered them separately (the bundle was £69) I would have received the free stuff. I contacted them and they just said it's in the terms and conditions.

I’m giving a two star review because staff are friendly and helpful plus the shop is usually well-stocked.
BUT No 7 Future Renew Serum is a rip-off. Packaged misleadingly in a heavy silver container around 70ml size, with only 25ml contents! I thought the pump had stopped working. It’s way too expensive for the amount in there and I’m annoyed at being mislead

I had found out that no7 had a separate website and warehouse to boots via a facebook ad. I was after the large no7 calendar which was sold out on boots, but still had stock on this site. Ordered no problem, checked out with PayPal for buyer protection. Was sent a tracking code a few hours later, it arrived the following day packaged well.

Two stars is generous for what I’m about to write,
12 years I have been with you and it's been amazing till now how could you replace the ingredients in the early defense day cream! And not to tell me about it I found out by my face turning into spots and pimples that I have never had, it cannot be a coincidence that your new product then helps spots and pimples! I now have to go out and spend money and time in research on finding a new company for all of my products I use from you which is about 9 every three months! I am absolutely furious and to anyone else having sudden skin problems if you have your old bottles compare the back before you waste a week thinking everything you might of done different! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I have been buying perfect and protect skincare range for over 15 years. Now they have taken away the top cap on the glass pots and when you open a pot it is all over the place. So you have to scrape it off the sides to use. If I am paying £26 for a day or night cream, I expect it to be at the very least level in the pot when I open it not all up the sides with a jagged well in the middle. Who thought up this " cost cutting" exercise? Well they are obviously not paying good money for a product that resembles one from Lidl. I am looking around for a better quality brand for my well earned money.
