No Agent Property helps Australians sell or rent their own house and land without paying agent commission. This is called For Sale By Owner (FSBO) — you sell or rent your property privately, stay in control of your price and negotiations, and keep the money you would normally lose to commission. We are fully licensed Australian real estate agents, so you are never on your own. We give you professional, agent-assisted support from start to finish, for one simple fixed fee and no commission. Your property also gets maximum exposure. We list it on all the major Australian real estate websites, including realestate.com.au, domain.com.au and Allhomes.com.au, so your home reaches the same buyers and tenants as a traditional agency listing. We provide our licensed service everywhere in Australia, in every state and territory, for both private sales and private rentals. Whether you are selling a house, selling land, or renting out a property, No Agent Property gives you the savings and control of doing it yourself, backed by licensed real estate professionals.

No Agent Property is Highly Recommended
Excellent service and platform for landlords who want to manage their own properties. The website is very user-friendly and highly professional. I was kept well informed of all enquiries throughout the process. It’s a huge advantage that listings are automatically linked to Realestate.com.au and Domain.com.au. Highly recommended.

Who knows your house like you.
Doug was able to answer all our questions and was there when we needed him.
We had used no agent before so we decided to use them again. Much cheaper than an agent. Who knows your property better than you.....
Thanks guys.

Great results so far
Great results so far, with help available at all times. The site is easy to navigate and all tools are available. Both Arthuro and Doug have been mines of information and support. Have received several offers after only a couple of days online.

Big Savings
Although it took time to sell the block of land due to market the amount of money saved approximately $5000 on real estate agents fees was best in my pocket. Land was advertised on all the big sites ie. realestate.com and domain.

An easy way to sell !
Great customer service !
Had many enquiries on our advertising.
Fixed rate.
And the only way we could sell our cabin without using 'cabin' websites that attract little exposure compared to popular property sites!
