Honestly, this service is so good for your confidence and to save money. I haven't gone through the negotiations yet but I my property is live and I have had conversations and have been emailing people interested. I have hundreds of views within a 24 hr period and numerous saved my property in that time. Although Gladstone is a regional town I was able to still get it done. I am moving interstate and wanted to save my family the cost of commision so we could put that towards a better home. I am thrilled of this prospect. This service is highly valuable and I am grateful for all the team members to help me achieve this. Thank you No agent team. You have saved me approx $20 000 in commission.

Perfect for owner managers.

A friend recommended no agent property…
A friend recommended no agent property to us. Using an online service to sell our own home had me so far out of my comfort zone the thought of it was very stressful.
But once I rang the contact I had it was amazing. The support was fantastic. Initially I had a need to speak in person rather than use the chat support team. I was never made to feel like a nuisance. In hindsight the process was so easy once my nerves settled I could navigate the online system very easily. And I did use the chat support and they were great. We’ve saved an incredible amount of money and will never use another avenue to sell again. I can highly recommend all at no agent property
The For Sale sign was delivered and installed very quickly with lovely photos. Very professional. I really can’t fault this process.
