Sails got destroyed at youth nationals on big Wednesday. Beyond repair. Our sailors needed replacements before the next day so they could continue to race. Noble assessed and authorised the claim within approx. 90mins. It was a perfect experience. No hassles , they were clear about what information/ photos etc they needed and totally understood the situation our sailors were in . Awesome.

Noble Marine dealt with my claim promptly and liaised with my chosen repairer fully. There was no problem with any of my submission or the quotation submitted. It was dealt with professionally within a couple of days.

I've had various dinghy insurance policies over the years but have now been with Noble for the last few years with a group policy for my boats and those belonging to my 2 boys. I value the fact that they are easy to contact, always someone to talk to and always very helpful. They have been super helpful when we've had to adjust the policy whenever (regularly) when we have bought or sold boats. Last weekend, I had to make my first claim following a racing incident. My sailing dinghy whilst becalmed and stationary was rammed by a coxless four rowing boat. The rowers were not looking forward. Noble Marine gave me prompt authorisation to get the boat repaired. Subsequently Noble obtained full recompense from the insurers of the rowing boat, including my deductible which was promptly remitted to me. I am very satisfied with the handling of my claim.
