How quick it was to resolve my claim was just outstanding.

In over 30 years of sailing i previously only had to make one claim when the tang at top of the forestay broke. Fortunately the genoa halyard clipped and the spi halyard on the bow stopped the mast falling backwards. Last year my boat took a direct hit from lightning when at anchor and 80% of my instruments were fried. Noble gave me a very reasonable and prompt settlement (about €22,000). Then, most embarrasingly, i had to make a claim this year when my prop caught a very large commercial semi-floating rope , cause damage to the mounting of the P bracket, broke the rope cutter, bent the prop shaft and caused a lot of vibration if i used the engine, so even the engine mounts had to be replaced. Noble again was very reasonable and settled v quickly (€10,000). Naturally i had to pay the XS in each case.

Just had a claim for a new mast. Claim was easy and hassle free. New mast arrived 1 week after initial phone call. The person I dealt with was friendly and helpful.
I recommend Noble Marine to any Dinghy Sailor.

Although my claim to a while it was largely due to me being in France for a month. Claim dealt with efficiently from start to finish.appreciate that a written date on compass box was taken as evidence of purchase date. Lesson learnt re holding on to receipts in future. Great service! My daughter's Topper mast broke and took her best sail with it. The new mast was sent without delay. Noble wisely asked that I send the sail to their recommended sail maker to prove that the damaged sail was indeed as new. Once verified, the new sail arrived within 48 hours.
