I placed an order on September 0n September 4, 2026 and as of today I have not received it nor can I track my package.

It is showing on me PayPal account as having been delivered on October 6th, 2026

They did not use my photo as sent and also did not use all my photos. I paid for all the photos to be used and their order form was misleading. Was 2 pets but I had a few photos (individual and one of them together) that I wanted used. Did not happen. They would not use all photos saying I said only 2 pets. Didn’t make sense and they didn’t want to edit or change to make it work. Then after many emails they refunded but not 100% of what I paid. Since they already “made the shirt” (incorrectly by the way) they took money off my refund. Will never use them again. Very poor business practice and horrible customer service. For what they charge I expected more.

Everyone loves it! I had had any requests for another shirt it would be to make the pet pic a tad smaller.

They were very receptive to my feedback on the design previews and we ultimately got a design that I like and the shirt is great quality, but I am giving 4 stars because every aspect of the process took unbelievably long and communication was terrible.

For context, I ordered one of these shirts in 2022 and the entire process from order confirmation to shipment took 10 days, so this process has fallen off dramatically (currently September 2026).

I ordered on July 23rd and got the first preview July 31st. From there we ended up using all 3 reviews to get my design, but every single time I would almost immediately respond and then not get a response for at least a week, often having to send a follow-up to get a response. Then once I approved the final design I got no response. I waited a week, asked for an update, and was just told it was in production. I waited another week and a half and asked for another update, then received the shirt the next day and got a response afterwards saying it was delivered (this was 9/10/26).

Great shirt, good receptiveness to feedback when trying to get the desired design, but responsiveness and timeliness on design and production was pretty subpar. If you are ordering this as a gift I would be prepared for it to take a good 6-8 weeks to receive the product.

I made an order on the 2nd July. I still haven't received my order, and today is the 2nd September. I contacted them a few times, I was initially sent a tracking link which showed that the item was stuck at customs. I asked if there was anything I needed to do from my side, I was told that this is "all normal" and that it could take up to 30 days to receive the item, to which I replied saying that it's been 2 months and that I was requesting a refund. After that, they completely disappeared. I have paid for an item that I never received, which was supposed to be a birthday present.

My husband loved the shirt. The cats are his babies.

Excellent reproduction of dogs photos; easy process to upload and preview. Came within ten days. Shirt is very soft and held up well to washing. Generously sized.

I have never had an issue before but my most recent order getting a hold of someone has been extremely difficult. I ordered in July and my portrait still hasn’t been sent out. Extremely long process this time.

The shirt I picked out was blue-green with some peachy-orange flowers, along with Sophie, my roommates dog from 2018. He got it right on his birthday so shipping was great. Price was decent as well. The quality of the shirt is 5stars, and I've washed it twice so far. I will be coming back before Christmas this year to pick out some sweat pants, shorts and tank tops for my family! We've all got those special pets that we never want to forget, and now it's possible since any type of pet you want can be preserved! Thank you for a special, one of a kind gift option. I've never seen anything like this offered anywhere on the Internet before!

No word on my order after I approved the design. Emailed support and no word. Been almost a month.

I ordered this almost 1 month ago on June 16 and I still don’t know if it’s shipped yet. I do know that it has not been delivered. I paid extra for expedited shipping and it still isn’t there.

Great product, great communication- great service.

The shirt looks funny because the dog’s face is only on the front and arms of the shirt, but not on the back of the shirt. I have sent a reply back to you guys with pictures of what it looks like. And I have not heard anything back. Then you sent me this star rating scale. So the front looks good but not the back and I have not heard back from your company and the shirt cost me $80 Canadian. I am a very unsatisfied customer.

I placed an order late in May and a couple of days later I got the artwork for approval, and I approved it immediately as it was just amazingly gorgeous. Then I got a confirmation that it would be sent to production, and then I expected to get a tracking code or some kind of information about the delivery date. Two weeks passed and I still hadn’t received any confirmation on shipping, so I contacted them by replying to the e-mail I had confirmed the artwork to. I did not get a response, so two days later I e-mailed again thinking that my first e-mail hadn’t reached them for some reason. Still no reply. So another two days later I sent a third e-mail requesting confirmation on shipping and sent it to the same e-mail and the support e-mail I found on the website. Still no reply, so I took to Trustpilot and gave them a 1 star review thinking I would have to write my credit card company to request a refund thinking I’d been scammed. The very next day I received a note that a parcel had arrived in the post so I picked it up the following morning and there was the gorgeous shirt that I had been waiting for. So I went back to my earlier review and changed it from a 1 star to a 3 star (like this one). Later that day I also received not one but two replies to the e-mails I had sent a week earlier. Now, I would’ve given 5 stars had they sent me a tracking code in time ir atleast replied to my e-mails a little sooner than a week. Such a small thing can have a massive impact on the whole experience. Next time I suggest that you make a bit more of an effort in your customer services. The shirt is gorgeous and really good!
