Very poor meal options. Very expensive
Very poor meal options so I can cancelled the subscription, only to find out there were further charges I hadn't opted out on. I only noticed this when they charged me another £120 for another 3 months I didn't want.
Its a scam and unfortunately the company are unwilling to provide refunds. Don't waste your time or money.

They are shysters once you sign off it is so hard. I have sent emails, spoke to my bank. My bank took them off and it worked for a month. Then they started again with a variation of their sire at first it was No carbs Challenge notice t he spelling. Now they take it by changing to help no carbs challenge They should all go to jail this has been going on for almost a year

They reactivated my subscription in April with no warning !
This company took 49.95 each month off me even though I cancelled my membership. They reactivate in April 2026 and took another £49.95!
Do not engage with this company unless you want to lose your money.
Now working with my bank to get it back. Safe yourselves the bother - dont engage in the beginning!

If you subscribed via our website, you can manage or cancel your subscription through Manage My Subscription in your account. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, cancellations must be made in your Apple ID subscription settings (or through Google Play for Android purchases).

Very good app, takes less work to think about how to prepare meals within the confines of calories etc. Great nutrition tracking. Nice options, also informative and with a number of meal plan options. I am using the Mediterranean plan.

Terrible Experience.
I received meal plans for at best 2 months. After the meal plans were coming on and off. When I wrote to the company they responded but did not resolve the issue. Now there are no meal plans coming up and I have been charged upto August. And I can't even sign in. They are not responding. For meal plans for at best 2 months I have been charged 233.24 AUSTRALIAN dollars. I hope they they respond and refund my money or give meal plans.
