No Chaos Reviews 

Ordered five weeks ago. No sign of parcel. No coms. No response to three emails. Just a tracking number that states Royal Mail are still yet to receive the package.
'Run by skaters for skaters' but couldn't seem to care less about skaters or their money.

Ordered a mystery box well over a month ago and have had no indication of dispatch, or response to my email querying where my order is.

I tried to give these guys another chance after a previous late order but I am already regretting doing so. As others here are saying, avoid like the plague!!

Don't know if its a scam, or its just incompetence, either way - just avoid.

Ordered items on the 30th September, and they still havent arrived.

Avoid like the plague. Placed an order 2 weeks ago. No communication. Tried to email the company this bounced back. Website says you cannot cancel orders. I have no way of contacting them or knowing if this item is coming looks like I’ve been ripped off

Still waiting over two weeks for a sweatshirt.

Have sent two emails no replies.

Garbage. Dispatching products over a month after ordering. Very conveniently dispatched after a dispute was raised with bank.

Avoid. They don't deliver the orders and ignore all correspondence. Really bad company, blatantly ripping people off.

Oh no! Wish i had checked here before buying. Bought items on website over a month ago, not shipped and no answer to correspondence. I have used no chaos in the past and visited the shops when they were around but seems like the site may have been taken over by scammers or something? Currently disputing charge via bank :0(

There's well over 100 reviews on trust pilot of people saying they never received their orders or a reply when emailing the no chaos customer service. I can confirm this having placed an order 13 days ago and sending an email asking for an update 7 days later. On top of this the address listed on the website is the BBC Television center in London. Definitely a scam website avoid at all costs.

I have now also put in a payment dispute with my bank to try to reclaim my money.

I would give zero stars if it were possible

Placed an order on the 17th August and have had nothing. Emailed twice, no response. No tracking provided. Judging from the other reviews it seems this is an ongoing issue. Such a shame because they have some great pieces - they just don’t arrive!

Ordered two tee shirts in mid July ,heard nothing for a couple of weeks so emailed several times with no response. Finally got a message that they were on their way August 14th. Now 7 weeks since ordering and still nothing - and no communication from company either.

Placed an order on 12/07.
Received the confirmation email but then nothing… emailed their customer service only to receive and automated response. Did this several times across the end of July/beginning of August.
Raised a dispute with the transaction as it appeared I was never going to get a reply or my order!
On 15th August I randomly received a call from ‘Jamie’ who said he owned the company, apologising profusely and said if I cancelled my dispute he would get the order sent first thing on the Monday (18/08) by Royal Mail and I would get the tracking via email. Monday came and went…. No order tracking.
Emailed again - at this point I’m not holding my breath and it’s taking more time and energy than it’s worth to keep chasing this!
To my surprise I get an email with a tracking number for Royal Mail! Wow - it seems like I may get the order after all!
But no… have tracked on Royal Mail, and they are waiting for the package! Status is ‘we are expecting it’.
Emailed No Chaos again several more times… nothing.
Dispute re-raised!
Long story short… AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

BEWARE.Total Scam. Out and out Thieves.

It doesn’t matter if you pay full price, half price or rock bottom prices, you’re never going to see your hard earned cash or any product. Automated emails promising a response are the only contact you’ll receive. Nothing short of a scam and best avoided.

Do not order from these charlatans.
Take your money and don’t deliver.
So called Skaters stealing from skaters.
Scum.

The ironically named no chaos, as per all of the other reviews, ordered and never received. Fair play for such a shocking service, if they had tried to be the epitome of poor customer service, they would get a 10/10 for effort. Do yourself a favour and avoid them.

In all honesty, coming and reading reviews on here after having placed and order for two t-shirts at £10 each, did have me worried about whether my order would even come. It does take its time as I'm sure this how they keep costs down, by using the lowest class of delivery possible. My T-shirts did arrive after the 10 working days specified, but quality is to be expected with the price they are- printing on the larger designs is worn and not particulaly clear looking, however this maybe a look that suits some people. I also ordered on of the plainer ones with small logo towards bottom hem which actually looks beter than the large print, so go for those ones if this matters to you. Size seems to run as expected, they didnt run too small or large. All in all, price is low and quality outlines this, still- £10 a t-shirt anywhere is pretty good these days.

They had two t-shirts at a great price that I couldn't find in stock anywhere else, so I thought I would take a gamble on ordering despite the mixed reviews. Happy to say that it worked out.

Shirts took less than week to be posted, and arrived within two days of that, so well within the delivery window they advise on their website. Have to be patient with these brick-and-mortar independent shops that definitely don't prioritise their online sales, but it was worth it! Just make sure you pay with a credit card or PayPal to cover your back if in any doubt.

Obviously, a fraud website do not buy

Order a deck in April €150 one email response and then nothing ghosted ever since
took my money with no intentions of ever following through with the order

Ordered on the 26th of may still waiting to this day for my order 50 quid might not be a lot of money buts it’s not the point emailed a few times just been ghosted customer service poor no one even responded to my emails. Had a phone call off the owner/boss of the company about my order he was apologising for the lost order of some regards and promised to send me out a new order with a few extras in as a way of an apology haven’t received anything couldn’t even get a confirmation on the date of new delivery really disappointed and I still have yet to receive a refund
