Interesting take considering our records show you don't have a PC with us. We do have a lockdown mechanism in the device when customers do not pay their bill. We don't have any access to customer data. It's a pretty simple agreement, make your payments and retain access to the device. Once all payments are completed, we transfer ownership.

They were extremely helpful — a 10 out of 10 experience. They never pressured me in any way and answered every question within minutes. Always kind and respectful. The back half of our house just caught fire, so once things are in order, I will be ordering from No Compromise Gaming without question.

I am a first time customer and im also only 18. And I had a pretty quick and easy process getting my pc ordered. When I had first ordered it they took a couple minutes to send over the lease and other important documents. Overall it was very simple and easy specially for a first time user. And dont let leave scare you, its just an agreement that you'll pay your pc bill whenever you selected to pay it

Great Service, you guys make the pc's very well they perform like fresh out of market equipment. unlike some other pc pre-build companys you guys don't lock the possibility of upgrading. it does all the needs i want and the service/lease opportunity is straight forward thank you!

No proprietary motherboard or power supplies like Dell or HP. We use real name brand parts like Asus and MSI that have been trusted for years and have all the standard ports connectors!
Above and Beyond Customer Support
The entire Customer Service team (both customer and repair side) deserves a major shoutout.
I ran into a critical system failure that I could not initially resolve and was worried that I had a random hardware failure on my system. I reached out to the customer service team and within the next business day I was provided with covered shipping so their team could troubleshoot my issue.
During that time, my billing was paused and there was an open string of communication between myself and their team. By the end of the repair, I am receiving back a fully working and top of the line system and am excited to be able to use it again.
A major thanks to the entire Customer Service team!
