I ordered a Christmas gift from their website during their Black Friday sale. After nearly 2 weeks had passed without any shipping updates, I reached out through their customer service contact form. A day later I received an automated email stating my order had been canceled and refunded due to no stock. Really frustrating that I only got that update only after reaching out myself, without so much as a written response from a real person.

I can sleep on my side. My room is very bright during the day, which I love except when I need a little nap. I'm a side sleeper and this is the perfect thing. Puts me right to sleep. Love it highly recommend.

I ordered my nodpod a month ago. The next day I received an email saying that my item had shipped and the included the USPS tracking number. A week later when I had not received my package, I checked the tracking number and saw that the post office has not received my package yet, so it has never left the company. I emailed them to apprise them of the situation when after two weeks I had not received my package. I requested either a replacement item or a full refund. The responded with a refund that didn’t even cover shipping. I emailed them back once again requesting a full refund or a replacement item, but no word back. After a full month from my order date and no package, I ended up legging them know that I would be going to my bank to dispute the charges, as the tracking number still listed the package as not being received at the post office from the seller. I’m super disappointed because I was really looking forward to receiving my nodpod.

BUYER BEWARE! If you give this company your money and if your item gets lost in the mail, they'll just completely ghost you instead of trying to make it right. I placed an order that was never received. I reached out to customer service and got a tracking number for a parcel that was determined lost by Fedex. I have reached out 5 additional times over the course of 4 weeks, by email and even by phone with zero response. I now have to resort to disputing this charge with my bank and filing complaints to all relevant agencies, such as the FTC (which I would prefer not to do). As an affiliate marketer, I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

The “weighted” eye pod had no weight at all. They had it made in China and it was impossible to track. They advertise that you can get a refund but after I contacted them they told me I had to send it to China and get a receipt from China. Ridiculous. It came looking like a long piece of velvety fabric with no weight at all. I had to go through my credit card to get a refund.

Who knew a little weight would give me a good nights sleep. I absolutely love it and will be buying more to share with family and friends.

Nonexistent customer service for weeks after the order was returned-to-sender

Ordered 2 got confirmations then they sent me an email saying they had been canceled, but that my cards had not been charged and I got charged for both of them. You can never get anyone to answer the phone. I am very irritated right now if I don’t get a callback by tomorrow, I’m just gonna go to my bank and report it as fraud

Haven’t received the product yet, but had to leave a review for their amazing customer service. I reached out to them regarding an order that was for Christmas that was not going to arrive on time. They went above and beyond, doing way more than I expected for me. There was no back and forth either, they offered extremely reasonable solutions in their first response (which was very quick and polite as well). Cannot wait to receive the product, and I am sure it is as great as everyone says. Very impressed with their response.

I hate to review for an item I never received but I placed an order on December the 10th and it’s Christmas and I still don’t have it. Several messages sent to them were answered with an apology but then stated frankly once we shipped it it’s not our problem. Tracking info I was sent stalled out on the 19th. They closed up shop til January and I’m left holding the bag (or lack there of) feel customer service is lacking with no way to speak to anyone live. I’ll let you know if they make this right.

They have zero customer service, they lied about free shipping and lied about delivery timing so won't have it for Christmas even though they said they would. I have tried calling, emailed and left a chat message and no response. I put a negative review on the website and it got taken down so don’t trust them!!

The blanket is the size of an infant blanket. For 92$ I will return it. I have been using a different brand , 10lb , from Target , and it works great. I do like the eye mask but wrap it around eyes versus lying it over eyes, won’t stay in place.

Ordered 11/28/25 for a Christmas present. While every company I had ordered from that day had already been shipped or received. I contacted Nodpod to ask for an update and when my order would ship. I received a email with a guarantee to receive my product before Christmas since I ordered Before Dec 8th. I was relieved until the next morning they sent me a email and CANCELLED my order . Like who does that for a Christmas order like wow and now if I choose another color which they are out of almost completely every color. Then I wouldn’t receive before Christmas. Bad customer service for a first time buyer. I understand it’s Christmas but why take orders for product you don’t have and can’t fill then lie to the customer. Horrible experience and Nodpod will never get an order from me again and I have told everyone about how this company does their potential customers.

Purchased as a birthday gift for my RN daughter and she LOVES the product!! Perfect gift for an RN that works nights!

This is a beautiful product! My only wish is that it was heavier or came in different weights. Otherwise it is lovely!

My husband and I have been using the weighted Nodpod Sleep Mask for several months and have given it as a gift more times than I can count. It's been a game changer for our sleep! Recently for a birthday, I got the Nodpod Body weighted blanket for myself and for my twin sister. We both LOVE it...so calming at night in the bedtime routine or just during the day sitting on the couch for a calming moment.

I love my nodpod. This purchase is my second. Now I can trade them out when one is being washed. However, my new lavender nodpod doesn't completely block out light as my navy blue one does. I enjoy the snug, cozy feel and the darkness the nodpods provide. Great invention!
