We had an unfortunate situation happen where our website was suspended and we contacted No Frills Cloud and they were able to set us up with the right plan and we were back in business again

The support and communication around the rather unusual situation we found our business in was quickly and easily resolved.

We had a massive problem which caused our website account to be suspended because our the person who was hosting our website died suddenly and no one had access to her details and information. Adam J from No-Frills contacted us and assisted in transitioning our website so that we could be up and running again within 36 hours. Our business is incredibly reliant on our website throughout the entire country of Australia. Adam was an absolute blessing to us, and I can't thank him enough.

NoFrillsCloud is performing very well for me. I signed on just a couple weeks ago but this is not my first rodeo by a longshot.

Site migrations went smoothly even though prior hosting uses a proprietary panel. I experienced *zero* downtime and *no* site/server errors (500, 404 etc.) post migration/propagation/SSL install.

Support via ticket (just a few) has been swift, courteous and on point. Chat support is also responsive, professional and courteous. On my end, I am performing minor site optimizations with LSCWP. I have not deployed a CDN at this time and am achieving GTmetrix 'A' grades on sites that I have lightly optimized. I am using the $39/mo Cloud WordPress plan.

Fwiw, I have 6 Woocommerce dropship sites w 9,500 products in each store and one autoblog w 8,000 video posts. These are not simple static blogs. NoFrillsCloud is a solid hosting option IMO. I recommend you sign up and see for yourself. Thank You!

Moved from hostinger as they had too many downtimes and slow performance.
I have the basic cloud with NoFrillsCloud and did a speedtest and my script is loading in half the time it was loading with hostinger.
It's been a couple of months and haven't notice any issues whatsoever. With hostinger I had like 10 issues per month. I'm gonna stay with them and I'll upgrade to a higher specs cloud.

Very pleased with the service level that I have received. As usual with hosting, had to open a couple of support tickets on queries I had, these were solved promptly and in addition the company followed up to ensure that everything was okay.

I had a very positive experience with nofrillscloud hosting so far. It's easy to set up accounts and support was very helpful with all I needed. They went the extra mile and installed for me the PHP X-Ray extension I need for my work.
Performance-wise I was surprised at how fast it is for shared hosting. PHP and MYSQL speed is very good, the only downside is upload speed via FTP, SFTP or HTTP. For some reason, it's not more than 1.5 MB/s. The support couldn't fix it. I can live with that but fixing this would speed up my workflow.
I'm very pleased so far and I hope they'll keep high standards for the future. Definitely recommended hosting.
