I bought an Aroma Diffuser for my car last year. Best thing in the world for car freshness. Unfortunately it stopped working recently so I reach out to the company. Liam contacted me to help with the problem which did not rectify it. Next thing I knew, a new one was being sent to me. Could not ask for better service and would highly recommend these products.

I have purchased 2 of the Aroma…
I have purchased 2 of the Aroma defusers and they have been the best defusers I have used. I had an issue with one of them after 8 months of constant use. I contacted Liam from customer services and he was very helpful. He taked me through what the issue may be. I followed the guidance I was given and the defuser is working great again. Great customer service from Liam
Can’t recommend highly enough Noir, especially Liam in their customer services dept, I bought a car diffuser and a few bottles of different scents, it worked great but after changing scent I noticed a problem with the diffuser, there wasn’t much scent coming out of it as usual, I contacted Liam and he was spot on with what he told me to do, there’s a small rubber grommet where it takes in air, he suggested I carefully pull it out and clean which I did, it’s now as good as new, this car air diffuser is the best I’ve owned in over 40 years and the credo scent is 10 out of 10 and lasts ages, any problems I know Liam will answer and try and sort it out but I ,must admit I would of purchased another diffuser from Noir had we not been able to sort it out because I’m that impressed with it, I can’t recommend the diffuser or Liam in customer service enough

DEVOLUCIONES SON UNA ESTAFA
Compramos ropa para mi hijo en Noir Crow porque creímos que era una página confiable. Todo bien hasta que llegó la ropa de muy mala calidad! Nos costó 114 euros un jersey, una camiseta, una sudadera y un pantalón que es literalmente de plástico! La etiqueta es pintada como el resto. El jersey de polyamida, sudadera con pelotillas por dentro y todo sin etiquetar ni nada. Las etiquetas sueltas como si fuera ropa usada. La peor compra de mi vida te dejan devolver pero en su política de devolución no dicen la dirección hasta que no escribes, tienes que pagar tu y te piden tracking number para seguimiento y obviamente porque te obliga por mensajería y te cuesta desde España 190 euros y por plazos no da tiempo. Además tienen comportamientos fraudulentos y mafiosos porque dicen que declares solo 10 dólares para la aduana….NO RECOMIENDO COMPRAR AQUI PORQUE NO VAS A PODER DEVOLVER NADA. Una experiencia horrible

I bought a rechargeable car diffuser from this company before my new car even arrived. It worked for exactly one month, but then it suddenly died. I contacted customer service, and they assured me they’d send a replacement. However, the replacement that arrived was clearly used and dirty. When I complained, they actually claimed they "tested it" to ensure it worked! Since I had paid a lot for it, I reluctantly gave the used unit a chance. Guess what? It stopped working after just 20 days. It was a complete waste of both time and money. Avoid this brand at all costs.

Purchased around 20 car fragrances and they are all absolutely amazing! They all smell so good and look very expensive. My favourite so far is Chanel Bleu but I also like the million and savage. I had a small issue on one of them however, the service was phenomenal and they went the extra mile to ensure it was all rectified. Highly recommend if you want luxurious look and smell in your car. I bought for family and friends and they all loved it.
