Avoid this its a scam. No delivery and no contact.

Got caught out on this one too - ordered Nov 11, nothing received, no response to emails. Have just now started a charge back with my bank via Mastercard so will likely get the refund in the next week.

I have been scammed, I wished I read reviews , back massager 49.99 scumbags another unchecked Facebook advertiser ripping people off

I paid for a compression mat beginning of November I have not received anything nor any communication and the website is not operating . Is this company a scam...Have I just been robbed?

Scam they took my £50 now I cannot afford a present for my daughter

I havent recieved my parcel, they took the money, it's marked as delivered but neither myself or my neighbours have seen it.
No customers service.
Still no response from Shopify who the receipt and purchase is with, haven't shopify any responsibilities, im still chasing this, me and many others bought the back compression in good faith. I will continue to fight this scam.

I was going to say, my advice is, check them (or any) company out that you’re just about to give some money to first but if they’re based in Spain or somewhere else in the world, you can’t, as far as I know, use;

companycheck

or

companies-house

to see if they exist and if you check to see if the website exists (which admittedly I didn’t beforehand but I did after the event) then all they do is shut it down after they’ve taken X amount of peoples money

No product , no email,no contact. They need to be reported to Trading Standards.
I bought this as a Xmas present for someone with a back problem. I’m livid !

SCAM! Says delivered, no item, no way of tracking,e-mails bounce back and now the website says closed! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY COMPLETE SCAM!

AVOID! SCAM COMPANY! Advertising inflating back massaging and stretching cushion on Facebook for £49.99. Never delivered. States it uses Yodel to deliver. Package never received. Not trackable. Not contactable as web site help page email address fails every time and bounces back. Help page on website is in Spanish!!! TOTAL CON MERCHANT!! AVOID!!! ZERO STARS!!
