My dog's now eats with gusto. Clearly a high quality product. The wrapper could be a little easier to open, but not a big deal.

I received responsive and immediate action in reschedulung orders when I suddenly had to travel. The food came promptly and when predicted allowing Arty a food filled vacation at the kennel while we were gone.

I’ve been a Nom Nom customer for 2-3 years. Their food is expensive compared to other fresh dog foods, but I thought it was worth it as Murphy enjoys it. The issue I have with this company is their customer service. It’s awful in my opinion. So bad, I’m thinking of trying a different brand. They give a date for delivery and based on my experience it’s a best guess. When you go on their website and change the delivery date you may or may not receive. It’s very annoying especially when you change because you’re not going to be home to receive the food. Customer service is of no help. I think the product is good but service is lousy based on my experiences. If it was just one time, then ok, but it’s been multiple for me.

Made an order that said 50% off in the checkout page. After the order, never received an email of the confirmation. They charged my the full 100%. Asked customer service to cancel the order. They said no and still charged me the 100%.

As suggested in the title, Nom Nom's food is the best I've purchased for my dog; I've purchased premium dog food for over 8 years. As good as the food is, management seems to be in love with rules that do not benefit either the customer or their management. So far the quality of the food outweighs the cumbersome business model they employ.

It looks like good quality food, but for some reason, my dog decided to eat Nom Nom in the second month. I had 3 different flavors, and none of them are being accepted by my dog now.

Healthy real food, convenient, variety that my dog loves. The meals show up at my door step right before I need them frozen and ready to put in the freezer.

Reliable delivery, easy to order, and good selections. My dogs absolutely love their meals!!

My dogs love their NomNom! They get so excited, it’s easy to prepare with each serving being proportioned so I don’t have to store leftover packages or try to measure out the right amount for each dog. I highly recommend NomNom!

The food is good and has different flavours that my dog likes. It's great for digestion and is also high quality food compared to what I have used before.

Quality of Nom Nom is far better than other brands. The individual portions are so convenient.
Getting food as scheduled.

The food is amazing and my dogs love it. They have nice small stools on this food as well as it is so digestable

I really wanted to love their fresh custom-packed meals but the quality is so unpredictable. One shipment looks like true frozen fresh ingredients, while another looks like indistinguishable chunks of 'something'. One order of the chicken meals is straight paste, while another order of the same chicken meal is chopped ingredients. More so, within 5 meal packs from 2 different shipments, I have found MOLD inside. This mold was present before thawing, meaning the manufacturing process is NOT fresh. A huge question about the manufacturing process and quality. Even packs that looked fresh must have also been spoiled because my dogs were throwing up and having severe diarrhea, which didn't stop until I completely took them off that shipment of Nomnom. And I know it's only the packs that are spoiled ingredients, because I had my dogs on NomNom for a year without any issue and was singing their praises until suddenly there has been a manufacturing change. I reached out to customer support when discovering the mold and they just gave me a discount for my next order, but I don't want a discount; I want quality food! I'd rather pay more money for quality food than this! Now I have an entire $400 worth of frozen packs in my freezer that I do not want to feed my dogs in fear of not knowing which are spoiled and whic are good.

Great product. My dog loves it, and his health has improved significantly since we switched to NOM NOM.
