No Ordinary Gift Reviews

Ordered a 4th year anniversary card.
It arrived on time, unfortunately the picture was better than what arrived.

I asked for writing on the inside which I specified and wrote on the order.
It didn’t come with this.

It can’t be that difficult to follow an order, after all that’s what you do.
I emailed to ask for another to arrive by the specified date I requested but did not receive a response.

I wouldn’t use them again, bit of a waste of money in my opinion..

Your taking a chance with the product..

Ordered 2 personalised christmas baubles. Awful product, so cheap and tacky ( £16 each! ) One of the baubles was dirty on the edge. There is no way I can gift these, would be too embarrassed

The gift advertised was for a 3rd wedding annaversary. The item was descibed as REAL LEATHER. It is not leather but a a synthetic fabric that look like leather.
Be careful what you look at folks a lot of the stuff they sell isnt what they say it is.
Further to this there doesn't appear to be a way of leaving a review on the site, which makes me think the reviews that are shown there are also fake.

I bought a personalised picture frame as a 1st birthday twins gift. I had ordered this before for a different 1st birthday, and loved it so much that I ordered it again.

Beautiful gift, easily personalised and great service.

I ordered two personalised Christmas presents and they arrived quickly and were beautiful, apart from one frame has cracked when being delivered. I emailed the company and they sent a knew product to me with additional protective packaging and made sure that it would arrive in time for Christmas! Amazing customer service and very good quality gifts :)
