Never expected much n glad I didn't spend a lot. Save your money

I requested a return address from them I never received it they stated that my order was a promotional item which it did not state, so was not eligible for a refund to me this was just an excuse to get out of giving a refund, I would never deal with this company again, so be warned.

I’m writing because I had the audacity to request a refund for an item I purchased—silly me for thinking that would be straightforward. Their website boldly claims they respond within 24 hours. Fast forward three days and seven emails later , and all I got was a glorified shrug.
They asked for every possible detail about my order ,only to hit me with the grand finale: This is a promotional product and cannot be refunded.
Honestly, their refund policy feels less like customer service and more like a masterclass in avoidance. It’s not a policy—it’s a polite way of saying we’re keeping your money.
If you value your time, your sanity, and your wallet, do yourself a favour: shop somewhere else. Because here, refunds are mythical creatures and customer support is just smoke and mirrors.

Very misleading advert borderline deceptive.
Ordered what was shown as a full set of seat covers but only received the uppers.
Correspondence was dealt with by a very clever Olivia who quickly told me to read the small print which obviously says I dont have a leg to stand on. NO RETURNS OR REFUND.
I have made a formal complaint to the trading standards .

This company operate with no regard for UK consumer law. They advertise only online, ever product page states "excellent customer service, no quibble money back if not satisfied" along with supportive reviews. So we the customer fall for such.
In reality they only sell their products on Sale/Promotion pricing and hidden within their T&C's it states no refund or return on such. I have tried all angles and they refuse to supply return address for the product I purchased nor recognise UK consumer law of 14 day return. Looking deeper they are not registered at Companies House, so probably a Sole Trader and can easily hide any detail. I asked for help via Citizens Advice but got little. I can only hope at some point Trading Standard track them down where ever they are.

The product supplied did not do what it claimed to do. When I tried to return it, they would not accept returns despite the banner across the advertisement promising full refund if not completely satisfied.
Shocking customer service, rubbish product.

scammed by them. product is nothing like advertised. parts missing. zero response to emails sent in.

Seat cushion coming un-stitched on seam after a relatively short time only used it for 3000 - 4000 miles. Contacted them via Website and email and received no acknowledgement or reply whatsoever. Customer service appears to be non existent. For that reason I wouldn't recommend this company.

Ordered two items for both cars. Then read the reviews and thought I had been scammed. But much to my delight items arrived a few days later nicely packaged with no problems. Don't always read the negative reviews.

Absolute rubbish. This company for all their products is a scam. No customer service contact, unable to unsubscribe big big con.

Do not go anywhere near this company just lost her words crap company crap directors I guess and if they want to carry on they should contact every single person on the reviews has given them a bad review. I definitely will not be using them for anymore. 

Another disappointment. Like others here, I felt for the misleading advertising and not being able to return the product and getting a refund. Same excuse as others have reported. A scam?

Received my car lumbar support which was not as advertised.
Very disappointed as spent £29.90 and could of purchased the same thing from Home Bargains for £3.99.
Don't be sucked in by the misleading advertising!

Just received mine, a blatant scam. Cheap and nasty shiny vinyl and as other said, no seat cover sent either. No communications from them
Don't waste your time and money.

Should have read reviews before buying, items not arrived, tried to contact but no response, don’t waste your money.

I wish I had read the reviews first - do not recommend using them. The refund policy is if on a promotion it is not eligible unless faulty - having checked the site over 90% of item are on promotion so effectively terms ruling out refund. The product I bought took longer to arrive than advertised it was OK but was a present and not what the recipient wanted so contacted to return / refund and then advised of terms which I had probably agreed to when ordering. Have question if this is a dodge to avoid or evade protections of online selling regulations and asked them to reconsider - possibly a good will gesture but will not use them again. Lesson read the terms and conditions.

Do not buy off this company , their advertising is fraudulent , I purchased what they were advertising not only did I get only half of what they were showing on their ad it wasn’t the same product , was inferior and did not fit !
Refused a refund on the basis of promotional product . STAY AWAY from them or read the small print thoroughly even then you probably won’t get what you paid for .

don't buy anything off the this company's website, I bought what I thought was a set of lumber cushions for my car, driver and passenger, for £29 i thought that was good value but what arrived was 1 back lumber cushion which was very poor quality and contacted the company and they said that's all I ordered, rubbish I know where it's going since they refused a refund and return bad customer service
