Update Oplichters???

5 September update.

Inmiddels weer een week verder geen levering, tig mailtjes ontvangen waarin beloofd wordt dat product onderweg is, maar geen track en trace. Onderstaande reactie ook per mail ontvangen. Daarnaast het voorstel on heft product gratis te krijgen als ik mijn slechte review verwijder.

Een week na mijn bestelling is het pakket nog steeds niet verzonden. Ik krijg een track en trace dat het pakket nog niet is aangeleverd en mail dat er een kwaliteitscheck gedaan wordt.

Als je mailt krijg he steeds te horen dat het pakket onderweg is….

Gaat helemaal nergens over, gelukkig met Klarna betaald dus geen geld kwijt naar het heeft alle signalen dat het oplichters zijn

Upon checking, I can confirm that your order arrived in the Netherlands on September 1st. Since our delivery timeframe is 4–9 business days, we’ve shared that you can expect to receive your package on or before September 5th. If, for any reason, this doesn’t happen, of course we will issue you a full refund accordingly.

I’ve also reached out to you personally to make sure you receive your order and to see if there’s anything more I can do to further assist you. I’ll be keeping a close eye on your reply so we can resolve this promptly.

I didn't have the results I was hoping for... but the support of the service after sales was excellent.

I noticed that you hadn’t reached out to our customer service team prior to leaving your review. We always encourage customers to contact us directly so we can assist and resolve concerns as quickly as possible. Had we heard from you earlier, we would have been more than happy to help.

That said, your feedback is important to us, and I want to make this right. I’ve gone ahead and issued a full refund for your order. You should have received an email confirmation, and the refund should reflect in your account within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank.

I’ve also reached out to you personally via email to ensure we address any other concerns you might have, not just with the device, but with your overall experience.

Once again, I’m sorry this didn’t work out for you, and I truly hope this resolution helps to restore your confidence in our customer care.
