Arranged a monthly house clean with Shaun, who after looking at what we wanted done decided it would take two and a half hours.
The first two cleans were very good but after that things went downhill, the last three cleans were so poor we had do do it ourselves. We are both in our eighties so was very difficult for us.
The standard of cleaning was poor the amount of time doing one of the cleans was twenty minutes, that was done by three people so should have taken fifty minutes. The excuse was they had been working since six o clock that morning, they went before I could say anything .
When we sent an email to cancel our contract and explaining why ,we thought we might get a response but that didn’t happen.
Our experience with Norfolk Cleaning Company was not what we expected after reading what they offered , in fact it was a complete waste of money.

Moving from serviced accommodation in Hammersmith to the wilds of North Norfolk I genuinely thought I would be unable to find the quality of cleaning I have become accustomed to, but I admit I was wrong!
I find The Norfolk Cleaning services really hard to fault; I am a perfectionist, but my cottage needed a deep clean with what felt like years of dust and detritus in every corner! It’s a 300-year-old cottage that felt as if it had never seen a duster! I especially needed help cleaning up all the pet hair (the previous owner had several cats). When I contacted the company, the office manager Dimitar took the call and explained the process and what the cleaning includes.
The cleaners did a fantastic job cleaning the entire place. We really appreciated the detail and focus they had when performing the job. No doubt they will be contacted again.

Having spent hours googling who to go to, I took the plunge following reading the reviews and chose The Norfolk Cleaning.
They are a great option to go for when searching for a home cleaning company. They even arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time, they offered to start at once or they could wait those 10 minutes if needed. Very nice! They didn't fail to make the house smell fresh and clean.
They brought the cleaning supplies and equipment, all of good quality, and paid incredible attention to detail. Not a single corner was left without cleaning.

It's always nice to come home to a nice and clean house. They are a trustworthy company that does a wonderful job!

I hired this company to undertake a deep clean of a residential property I have recently bought in Sheringham. The property had been empty for some time, had been neglected, and was in a sorry state of cleanliness.

I informed the company of this when I initially contacted them for a quote and they also attended the property to assess it for themselves. Their specification of what the deep clean would entail almost fully covered what I had asked for. I was promised by two different members of staff during the correspondence period that the property would be clean and ready to move into.

That was most definitely not the case. The owners of the cleaning company attended the day after the cleaners had been in and agreed it wasn’t up to standard. I was reluctant to give them a second chance as the property wasn’t cleaned even to a reasonable standard. However, they attended again the following day, but apart from a very, very slight improvement in the grease splattered kitchen cupboards (which were still in a very poor state) it was evident very little else had been done.

The clean that was undertaken was at best a refresh clean that would be undertaken on a holiday let. The house was left in an unclean, unhygienic state and without the help of family who rallied round to help, I would still be hard at work to make the house liveable.

I wish they had been up front and honest and said the job was too big for them. It would have saved me a lot of additional stress and hard work over and above what is expected during any house move, particularly moving from 150 miles away.

I am not a demanding client, maybe I was naïve in expecting to get a service that was promised and that I paid for.
