Heartfelt thanks for all that you have done for us. You made the entire process so easy and reassured us and kept us informed along the way with the fitting of our new boiler. The two gentlemen who came to fit the boiler went over and above, answered my queries, were very patient and fitted our boiler to the very highest of standards. They are absolute gems! Your team have been so helpful, understanding, professional and kind over the telephone when I have telephoned you. Thank you so very much Northern Gas for all that you have done for us, we have a lovely new boiler and its absolutely perfect! I would not hesitate to use your company again. We would highly recommend this truly wonderful company. Thank you so very much guys.

Had a battery for the solar panels fitted. Very efficient and professional and prompt service. The installer was really professional, tidy and polite. Use them and you you won't be disappointed. Run out of superlatives.

Purchased a solar battery in Sept 2022 which became faulty on January 2024. Contacted NG on at least 3 separate occasions and each time they promised to phone back but didn’t.

Previously, I had and issue with paperwork, in that they didn’t give me any after the initial installation. I chased this for almost a year until the National Grid contacted me telling me I had to disconnect my system from the grid as they still hadn’t received the commissioning paperwork from NG. After threatening legal action the correct paperwork was sent to the national grid.

For my latest problem I contacted the UK supplier of the battery and they found the battery was faulty and replaced it under the warranty within a week! The supplier has assured me my warranty is still valid and have set me up with an electrical contractor who is approved to fit their systems for any issues in the future. ( Northern Gas were not on their approved list)

Northern Gas installed my heating system more than 3 years ago. They refused to acknowledge or correct the catalogue of failures in their installation and I have had to pay other installers to correct their mistakes.

Not only are their engineers incompetent, but their customer services policy seems to be “deny everything and cause as much pain as possible”. I had to drag them through mediation and then through legal arbitration and in his final report the arbitrator found 19 separate breaches of contract.

The regulator should not allow these cowboys to work on anyone’s heating system and I suggest that you do not allow them into your house.

Their response to my review is full of “nice words”. But this does not detract from 3 and a half years of incompetence and failures or the 19 separate breaches of contract.
A company as broken as this one should not be installing gas systems where mistakes can cost lives.

Brilliant service from Northern gas heating and EON. New boiler fitted, without any hassle back in April. The two engineers were efficient, helpful, polite and tidied up when they finished. Received a follow up call a few days later to make sure I was happy. Well done Northern gas, everything was perfect and professional

Had pv panels with northern gas about five years ago, great job no mess no fuss. They fitted a battery to the system at the start of the year and it has performed very well. Quick and easy installation.

Arranged a service some weeks ago but last week had to contact them for a repair under warranty,,,,,,it’s early nov and they haven’t got a engineer in the area until January next year and the service engineer isn’t capable to carry out a repair.this company is a joke, steer clear.

A very big thank you to Steve and Divinder at Northern Gas for their recent support when I had issues with my bolder and heating system. I had a new boiler installed two years ago and had some issues when new radiators were installed. They were super helpful, professional and prioritised giving me support due to my elderly mother living with me. A company is only as good as its people and I have always had a positive experience and any issues have been resolved with speed. I would highly recommend this company for any heating / boiler installations and service.

Had my boiler serviced and cleaned out professionally by a very pleasant engineer called Navinder. He shown me what to look out for in order to keep my boiler working at its best capacity. Highly recommended Northern Gas Heating for any plumbing jobs for the future. Matthew

Loathed to complain publicly about a company but faced with little choice as they are unwilling to engage in their own complaints procedure (or respond more generally to customer enquiries). Left without hot water and heating for 10 days but that isn’t the main reason for complaint - it was the near impossibilities I was faced with when trying to get the issue resolved (and their inability to respond to complaints).Logged the whole unbelievable story and now looking into action I can take against the company. Please avoid.

This company is beyond the pale, they installed a battery onto my solar panel system, all was good for a couple of hours, then the battery setup started tripping the fuse board. I mailed them... no response! To get a response I had to fill in the on line form and say I was looking for a system (I wasn't, I have the system they messed up). On the back of that I received a call Monday morning, explained the issue and was assured that I would receive a call with a resolution by midday - I didn't. I have mailed the guy who sold me the battery, he has tried to get a response for me. After 3 days I am still waiting for a call. I cannot export electricity to the grid and thus will not receive F.I.T payments that I would otherwise be due, that's now 5 days. Its very very poor customer service !!!

I had a 5Kw battery battery fitted around Nov 2022. First of all the "engineer" demanded payment before he would leave my premises. To date (17/07/2023)I have never received an invoice. I have phoned them several times, being fobbed off eanch time, as I also ordered an extra battery and paid £1000 deposit for a product I have never received I have been overcharged. I have written by registered mail several times, including a letter to their managing director and never had a reply. I'm now taking legal action torecover my loss. You can guess what I think of them!!!. Avoid at all costs.

Hi,we have the solar pannels 10kw battery and hybrid inverter installed two weeks ago and we are enjoying the banefit of it,we really thankful with KASH the project manager of norther gas heating who helped us all the design and works he is a very friendly man and all his team are expert of doing the job they works very fast and easy..I have a very close friend who have solar pannels 10years back who refer us to KASH and straightaway after he explained it to me and my wife we like it and decided to book for further process. Anyone want to have the good benefit of solar pannels contact KASH he is the best man you can trust.
