They closed my bank account with only email warnings that I saw too late in January and have not sent me my money yet as of half way through March! I cannot get ahold of anyone there despite emailing regularly. I cannot find a phone number. Just $3k gone. Don't waste your time, their customer service is horrible and you can't even send checks with them, you have to use their third party checking service which 4 out of 5 times doesn't even work (as even further evidenced in this fiasco).

They randomly locked my account and took my money and never told me anything.

I opened a small business checking account with them to try out their services for one of my smaller businesses. I reported two fraudulent charges against my virtual credit card (not my physical one in my possession). I was never contacted in person, even after several requests to speak to a live person. All I received was automated responses and email messages along with canned responses from a chatbot. After I was told they would investigate, I received an email saying my account was being cancelled. No reason or justification was given for this. I never received a response on the account fraud investigation and received a refund check for the funds left in my account minus the money that was stolen from the virtual account. Luckily, it was a small amount as I never trusted a "bank" where I could not talk to a live agent. Proceed at your own risk if you do business with them.

I came first for the incredibly helpful envelopes system which I rely on now for revenue organization and strategic planning but stayed for their incredibly responsive and friendly customer service and consistent and robust processing times! 10/10 would trust them for fast tracking a growing business!

This is a scam bank!
Someone took $1,240 from my account through an ACH transaction — I’m a victim of fraud. Instead of helping me, the bank closed my account, and I still haven’t received my remaining $300 balance.
I opened this account about a year ago but rarely used it because they have no physical branches and no phone number for customer support. When I finally decided to link Walmart and eBay business next week this is what happened with me I lost 1240 by ACH. I immediately emailed them to report the scam, but instead of assisting me, they shut down my account without any explanation.

Now I have no idea which payments were received or returned.
Please be careful — do not use this bank! It’s a complete scam.

Mariam helped me when other could not.c she genuinely cared about my online and found a solution.

The platform is user friendly but on three occasions they have denied me access to MY money.

First time they they didn’t like my virtual address that my company is registered too. I gave my personal address to ship the card but being a truck driver I would never have an actual office.

Second time the app said too many wrong password attempts when I was LITERALLY using my same password and it locked me out.

Third time I never got paid on Friday when I get paid EVERY Friday. Other coworkers got paid and I work the largest reefer division in the United States so it wasn’t them. I waited ALL weekend without being paid because they only have customer support M-F. When they finally opened they still had no idea what was going on. Even with the trace ID they still couldn’t get it together.

Im a new business so my funds aren’t that deep. I needed to make a rather large purchase and now dont have all the funds to do it and missed out on a deal. I will no longer use North One

The response rate was phenomenal and my issue was resolved quickly. The level of care was 100% definitely going to recommend to my colleagues with businesses. That level of attentiveness was so refreshing
