They keep delaying my withdrawal for no reason. First they said 24 hours, then they asked for another selfie holding my ID, and now they say it's being reviewed by the finance department. It is only 150 euros like why make it this difficult? I used the same deposit method as always. Chat agents just copy paste the same generic responses every time I ask for an update. Just pay me my money so I can close my account.
