We couldn’t recommend Notary.co.uk more than we do! The customer service was absolutely fantastic from the second we picked up the phone to make a query. We needed a certificate notarised and apostilled and they done it for us within just 2 days of sending it to them and now posting it us in Spain! Thanks so much :)

Impressively fast turnaround (one week in total — five business days — covering enquiry, correspondence, HEDD verification of documents, e-notarisation, and e-apostille).

I have used Notary.Co.UK for legalization of various documents while working / living in China on two occasions. The first time in 2017 and again in 2025. Statutory Declaration
I recently had a statutory declaration notarised by Matthew Boyd for use in Hong Kong. He was already familiar with the specific requirements, having handled similar declarations before, which made the entire process smooth and efficient. Matthew noticed a small discrepancy in my form and proactively printed a corrected version for me to sign—very professional and detail-oriented. He was also friendly and approachable throughout. Highly recommended for anyone needing notarial services!
