Super easy and convenient process! This was awesome!

The service was completed. However there were numerous technical issues that made the service extremely difficult to use. The personal data questions were very intrusive and I believe unnecessary. Significant data was requested online and recorded which makes me immensely uncomfortable with how that data will be used. It felt like I was setting myself up for identity fraud. All I was doing was signing a mail forwarding statement which can be done online via the post office without any level of scrutiny. I will NEVER use this service again

The process was simple and fast

We had difficulty with the identity process but got it done. I realize there aren’t that many people my age signing a mortgage but I was glad to have my attorney daughter help me.

The system could not verify my identity. I was told to reschedule once I returned from vacation and use my desktop computer instead of my phone. So I did. Again there were issues with your systems inability to read my Florida drivers license and compare it to my facial scan. I then attempted to use my passport and again your system would not recognize me. The notary, Joseph, was very patient and helpful by sending me numerous links. The final link sent scanned my passport and my facial characteristics in a different format. That format worked! However, the difficulties experienced initially, set my financial reorganization back by a week. I will be making further moves with my mortgage company in January and unfortunately will have to go through this process again.
