Review for Abigail handling our call
I would like to comment on Abby‘s performance and handling my situation, which was a little challenging, but she was very accommodating and her phone skills were exceptional. She made me feel comfortable to use something over the Internet that I’ve never used before. I would strongly recommend someone like her to handle all your calls, but just to make sure that we were very satisfied with her performance. Please share this with her if you are the supervisor. Have a great day.

Consider this shared! Abby will absolutely be hearing about this! Making someone feel at ease with a process they've never done before takes real skill and patience, and it sounds like she delivered on both. Thank you for taking the time to recognize her by name!

For additional signers
For additional signers, the price is mentioned as $5 in website, but a new session needed to be started with the additional signer with a new session price of $25.

Thank you for the feedback and we completely understand the confusion! The $5 additional signer fee applies when both signers are present together in the same location during one session. When signers are in separate locations, each person requires their own session at the standard rate.
Friendly and Great Service.

At first I was routed to the wrong state, however, the transfer was easy and really fast! They found me a Florida Notary in no time! Natalie was friendly, thorough, and professional. I highly recommend!

Thumbs up to Kaya 👍🏼👍🏼
Kaya was very friendly and made our overall process of helping my sister get my dad's car out of a tow lot very easy and supportive. Wort the $25 fee of e-notary services if Kaya's involved! She was in New York, so it was 10pm her time when the live notary happened.

Miss Jersey saved the ship
I chose this platform for the convenience of being able to quickly get two people in two different locations to notarize on the same document but apparently without a business account that's not happening. Since I was already invested because you have to pay ahead, I salvaged what I could from the session and if it wasn't' for the extremely helpful and very nice notary Miss Jersey, my experience wouldn't have left me feeling that great. So thank you Miss Jersey for saving the day!

Miss Jersey is a star! We want to make sure you have the full picture for next time: notarizing two signers in different locations is absolutely possible without a business account. Our daisy chain feature allows the first signer to complete their session, and the document is then forwarded to the second signer to complete theirs in two separate sessions.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team before your next session and we'll make sure you're set up the right way from the start!
Simple, Fast and Convenient
I used this online notary service twice with Joanne. The process is so easy, simple, fast and convenient and Joanne is incredibly kind and sweet and she works fast. I would definitely recommend this especially for people outside US like me.
