It’s wonderful to know our team member’s expertise and friendly approach made a lasting impression. We’ll be sure to pass your praise along to her!
Awesome service!
The notary was well spoken, and extremely polite and helpful. This was a smooth efficient process. All done from the convenience of our home. I would definitely recommend NotaryLive. One other thing I would like to note is the pricing is very affordable. Well worth it for 24/7 service and not having to leave our home.

This is great!!
Kaya Thompson was my notary. Very pleasant lady. I’ve never heard of this service and was lead here by Los Angeles county vital records. I’ll definitely use it if I need a notary in the future. Super easy process. My only gripe was the background identity check wanting me to remember the address to a place I lived 25 years ago.

Kaya Thompson was awesome
Kaya Thompson was awesome. The Web Site was a bit unfriendly. Remember when designing a Web page you must deal with not only the young, born with a computer in their hand but also those of use that need instruction.
I made it through the process, WooRah. Kaya made everything better when I finally got to her. Thank you

It was just after midnight EST and I was still connected to a notary pretty quick. He was polite, efficient, provided clear instructions, and told me what to expect next.

This is likely the worst service I've used. I verified that my document could be notarized remotely as I'm out of state. A guy named Chris confirmed via support. I then proceeded to pay and verified my ID successfully. Once the notary came online, she said I couldn't do it remotely that it had to be in person. I sumbitted a ticket in which Chris argued with me and proceeded to be demeaning and unprofessional. From my personal experience I wouldn't reccomend this service.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding your transcript and any frustration caused by your experience. While our platform supports remote notarization, certain documents like school transcripts have specific legal requirements that our notary was seeking to uphold for your protection and document integrity. We regret that this nuance wasn't clearer from the start and that our follow up didn't meet your expectations for professional service. We appreciate your feedback!
