Notary Pin, Inc are scammers
Notary Pin, Inc is a fly-by-night company. I hired them on 10/5 to provide apostille services for a marriage certificate from VA to be used in Peru. As of today 10/29 I haven't received the document. I arrived to Peru a week ago and the docs did not arrive. I am spending tons of money in hotel and meals waiting for the document. The only things they have given me are excuses and lies. Stay away from those scammers!

Curtis, we understand your frustration, and we are sorry this is still affecting your trip.
Again we have already refunded your full $529 on October 23 and are finishing your apostille and express DHL shipping it to your attorney in Peru at no charge. We have continued communication with you and continued to update you. We cannot control government changes and policies.
We have communicated to you that Virginia has issued it, and it is now in the mail to us with the USPS tracking we shared with you. The day it arrives we will ship it by DHL directly to your attorney in Peru, as you arranged, so you don't need to wait in Peru for it.
We'll keep you updated until it's delivered. We will continue to stay in communication with you until this is received.
Thank you,
Jonathan
