I stop in when I get a chance. I have a few business of my own and I take pride in treating my employees with respect for we are a team together in building a successful company. That brings me to address the issue your company has. I have a few of the x employees from nothing bunt cake at two of my business location. As a business owner for over 15 years I know that Tammy is not the right person to be over anyone she degrades workers in front of other employees and she over talks them in such a rude way see they are adults to and there to help they are not your pet. No wonder why the employees are leaving with no notice I’m sure the company has the highest rate of employees quitting. Tammy is such a terrible being. Your business is not doing good because of her, she does not need to flex her position just treat people like a human being and stop being so nasty. Good luck

I have been a Birthday Rewards member for several years now & have received a free bundltlet cake for being a member as they promise, until this year. I waited a few days past my birthday to receive my email for the free cake but it never came & I reported it to customer service. Waited & waited, no response. I reported it again & again & still nothing. I even reported them to the BBB & they won't even respond to them. I am very disappointed as to how I was treated & how this business handles their matters. They have lost a customer & don't even care.

First time we ever went today. Was excited and curious about their products. The cashier on staff in OP had no interest in helping us, and acted as if we were annoying her. Worst customer service we’ve ever had in Orchard Park. Won’t be going back, regardless of the quality of the food.

Ordered these for daughter in laws bridal shower.. never heard about them we are in Connecticut she is from Westchester ct Ny…. Absolutely delicious.. light, tender, flavorful… it was hard not to stop eating them… we are in Brookfield Ct so there is no shop near us.. Stamford is not very close… hope they open more franchises..the staff was so accommodating because we didn’t know what we wanted.. great experience, wonderful addictive cakes

Have ordered many times from our local NBC. Cakes are always delicious and a hit at all parties. Always A+ product and service.

We ordered a cake on 12/14/24 for delivery on 12/26/24. It was for a special birthday and requested specifically by the birthday girl. We called 3 times on the day of delivery. You only get a voice mail. No one ever returned the calls. The cake was never delivered and was a big disappointment. We will never use them again.

They are okay if you just like to eat icing. Way too expensive for big globs of icing.

Cakes were absolutely delicious! Soft and moist some of the best cake I've ever had. Definitely will be going back.

I decided to order 4 cakes (3 8 inch, one small Gluten free) for a total of 96.50 before tax. To make the order, NBC required an additional 3.90 for the use of their website to order. So first, I am doing the work normally done by an employee, and then I’m charged 4% for the privilege? Total BS. I will never darken their doorstep again. There no return for any reason policy is also a deal killer, we sell stale or moldy and you don’t like it? Tough.
These people don’t want your business. Help them out by staying away!

We got the 8’ White Chocolate Raspberry. OMG so moist and flavorful. Frosting was spectacular. It was a lil pricey but I suppose you get what you pay for. We are more than happy… It was soooo Yummmmm!!!! ♥️

Wow. This Bundt cake was absolutely delicious. I ordered it as a birthday cake for my sister & brother-in-law. I chose the classic vanilla and they decorated the top with a faux Poinsettia flower. The service was perfect and it was delivered exactly on time. I spoke with them several times and they couldn’t have been more gracious. I will order another soon.

Nothing Bundt Cakes have completely redefined what a cake should be for me. I tried the Cherry Chip and Funfetti flavors, and they are hands down the best cakes I’ve ever had in my 29 years of life. The cakes were incredibly moist and delicate, with a texture that almost melts in your mouth. The frosting is perfectly sweet and smooth, complementing each bite without overwhelming the flavors. These cakes are truly unforgettable, and after experiencing them, all other cakes are forever ruined for me.

I am impressed by tyler tx branch service. I order online 2 days before due date to surprise my husband they deliver at right time, right date & place and handed over the cake perfectly. I order the red velvet cake it tastes so good and so moist. for the next i will definitely go for it.

Picked up my preordered Gluten Free, chocolate chip bunt cake for a baptism today. The cake was scorched and dried out. When I called to complain, the manager offered no refund, nothing, just I’m “Sorry “
I am very disappointed in the cost and it hit the garbage can.

Why should I invest in their technology fee when making a purchase of an already expensive product? to invest you expect to get something in return I don't receive any stock options when I make a purchase why should I be charged an extra $$ amount on top of the purchase?

My boyfriend set up a Uber delivery from Nuthing Bundt Cakes before he went on a cruise on July 11th. A delivery did come from nuthin Bundt cakes but it had someone’s name on it that did not work at my job. I did not know he set this delivery up until Monday June 15th when he returned and asked me about the cake. I never received the cake it was left with my job Security guard.The security said when she called Uber eats she was told to just keep it since that person did not work there so you guys gave away my delivery. My boyfriend paid 70.00 for a cake I never received and was told since it’s been 48 hours there’s nothing that can be done. The cake was a surprise and he was on a cruise so he assumed it would be delivered. I believe someone wrote the wrong name on my delivery and also upper management at my job called and was told there wasn’t a delivery set for that location when it was literally dropped off by Uber. It was two different stories being told. They received their money and did not care about the delivery afterwards when actually someone screwed up the name on the delivery. This is wrong!!!!!
Somebody screwed the name up on this order Uber lies and says there was no delivery and nuthin Bundt cakes says it was Ordered through Uber it’s their fault. Never buying again.

I went to get the June flavor Key Lime and I was told it is no longer available. The ads say the month of June is Key lime flavor. I bought 3 this month but not available for the rest of the month.

This company is a ripoff. Extremely high prices

Website is super janky, I have to keep refreshing over and over because it won't let me select a delivery time. When I do get to select a time, I get some hogwash that I'm outside their delivery area which is not true since I have neighbors that have ordered in the past.
