I ordered from Canada and my dress was here in 1 week - no extra duties or surprise shipping costs. Well packaged and the quality is amazing. Even better in person! Would 100% recommend and plan to buy from them again.
For reference I bought the Kiko dress in ichika print in my normal pre-pregnancy size small and it fits beautifully ( 22 weeks pregnant and 36 DD bust)

The clothes are really pretty but customer protection is nonexistent.

One of the three items I bought, a pair of children’s pants, broke after only two wears (worn in total for maybe 6 hours and not for rough play). When I contacted the company for a solution, they basically blamed me for the item breaking and would not offer a refund or replacement. A couple of emails later, I was offered a refund in store credits.

At this price point, clothes should definitely not be falling apart after a few hours and customer service should be stellar. Since it’s an international order, it’s very difficult to file an official complaint so please be aware of that.

While this was a one star experience I’m adding an extra star since the dresses I bought have held up so far and they are beautiful. I might be willing to risk buying from them again if all my other items last.

Ordered two dresses and paid over $200 for them. I’ve worn one of the dresses once and the other (the Sakura dress) three times. The Sakura dress already has a seam unraveling in the smocked portion of the dress when I’ve only had it for a month. I reached out to customer service and they said I could pay $40 more to have a replacement sent even when their FAQs page says they will replace faulty items and don’t mention a fee.

Bad customer service to charge customers when your products are poor quality. For what it’s worth, I have only ever washed it exactly as the tag specifies so maybe you should get it dry cleaned or something if you want their clothing to last.

This must be why they don’t allow comments on their social media or reviews on their website - because they have so many unsatisfied customers.

If you’re ordering from UK pls be warned that the customs and duties can amount to the price of another dress. I spent £174 but had to pay £71 in duties and taxes. Had I known it was being shipped from Korea I would have reconsidered ordering it. Returns are also impossibly hard so had to bite the bullet and pay for the items. Not many reviews online for this company so please do your research before ordering.

The items are okay but you will have no idea that you will be ordering all the way from Korea and it's practically impossible to return. They require you to mail the package at your own cost all the say to Korea. This is also part of their return policy:

"All returned merchandises will be granted as Store Credit to your account, which is valid for 90 days. The refund option will require a handling & processing fee of US$10 for each order, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges of flat rate of US$15 for orders under US$100, if separately charged, are non-refundable."

I regret making this purchase very much but wanted to warn others. I've never seen such a strict return policy for clothing which is something you need to try to make sure it fits.
