Notino Reviews

Notino has an incredible range of products that are hard to find elsewhere. Their prices are often the best on the market, and I appreciate the regular updates on my shipping status. A reliable store that I will definitely be using again

Super parduotuvė! Ačiū.

I have ordered from Notino before, so this is not my first purchase—but this time I was extremely disappointed.

First, the shampoo and conditioner arrived without dispensers, even though the product photos clearly showed that they should include them.

However, my main complaint is about the perfume I purchased for €180. It arrived in unacceptable condition: the box was crumpled, the protective seal was removed, and the cap was already opened. This is completely unacceptable for a product at this price point.

Notino did replace the item, but I had to wait 29 days for the replacement. During that time, the price of the perfume dropped to €158. I asked for a partial refund or some form of compensation due to the long delay and price difference, but their response was simply that it was “not their problem.”

Very disappointing experience this time.

Greitas pristatymas, viskas puiku.

Labai patenkinta! Prekes gavau labai greitai ir viskas atitinka kokybiškai ! Super🥇

Puikus aptarnavimas, sklandi komunikacija. Ačiū Notino

Lengva ieškoti produktų, kainos dažnai pigesnės negu kitur, bei geras greitas pristatymas.

Randu ko man reikia ir ko noriu, galiu išbandyti mėginius tiek visos kosmetikos tiek ir kvepalų

Ačiū už geras kainas ir greitą pristatymą.

It was promo action where I could select a gift during buying some goods. I selected two goods with gifts but the system allowed to select only one gift

Super............

negavau žadėto nemokamo siuntimo. rašė, kad iki nemokamo siuntimo trūksta 6,90 eur, isidejau preke uz 10 eur. Raso nemokamas siuntimas, bet priskaiciavot 2,95. Smulkmena, bet jauciuosi apgauta

Nesažiningas žaidimas- skelbti daikto kainą neitraukiant siuntimo išlaidu.

LABAI GEROS KAINOS, MAN TINKANTYS PRODUKTAI

Kvepalai atvyko greitai, puikiai supakuoti, įdėjo dar dovanėlių.

I had a gift coupon and unfortunately you need to put it as a discount code. My purchase was above 60 eur and it should come with free delivery but when I add a gift coupon I had to pay for delivery, because my purchase became less than 60 eur. It is nor fair

Fast delivery, solid choice, good prices

Yes. You have good quality and good value products. And delivery service is good too.
