IT UNABLE TO PROVIDE A UK REMOTE ONLINE NOTARY SERVICE!
This was advertised as a 'UK Remote Online Notary Service' however, when I uploaded my documents and tried to use the service, Notrexon attempted to connect me to an notary based overseas. This happened twice. I then received the following explanation via an email signed by 'Wayne' from The Notrexon Team:
"IF YOU REQUIRE A UK NOTARY YOU WILL HAVE TO PHYSICALLY MEET WITH YOUR LOCAL NOTARY FOR ANY SIGNINGS."
Thus, I have given the company one star as IT DOES NOT DO WHAT IT SAYS IT WAS MEANT FOR I.e,
IT IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE A UK REMOTE ONLINE NOTARY SERVICE!

- We do offer UK online notary services.
- We also provide international online notary services, and solicitor certification services.
- For your document, it specifically required your in-person visit to a witness to your signature. Online notarisation was not allowed.
- Wayne correctly advised you to meet a local UK notary in person to comply with your documents requirements.
- We prioritise legal validity and we could not provide online services for documents requiring your in-person visit to a witness.

The £95 charge for your document was correct for a single document. At £95 we are very competitive for notary services as we are one of the lowest cost providers.
We offer large discounts for multiple documents requiring notarisations, this is when we the discount of £35 per document applies.

Avoid!!
Website says £35-£95 but they charged me £95 without knowing what document I needed to notarise. Notary was lovely, but then after our session I didn’t get my document. I was sent a .html file which was 32 pages of random text, had to email them to send me my document manually. My notarised document was also rejected by the recipient, and the website claims to have a “100% refund policy”, but they supplied an email address that doesn’t work
Edit (08/05/24): My credit card company informed me that Notrexon have set up a recurring charge of £95 every month. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Had to find out the hard way

Our pricing is clearly listed on our website (https://notrexon.co.uk/uk-pricing-plans/). The £95 charge for your single document was correct and competitive for notary services.
We quickly resolved the document download issue you were experiencing on your network, sending you the file via email within 12 minutes of your raising the issue.
Your document's rejection you revealed to us was due to an error you made in the application, and it was not due to our notarisation.
At Notrexon we cannot setup recurring charges as we do not have this facility and we are not a subscription service. We would recommend that you check with your bank to look into the recurring charges on your account.
You raised a complaint with your credit card company about the service that we provided for which they withdrew the payment that you had made to us pending investigation. After providing all necessary documentation that your credit card company requested from us for their investigation, your complaint was dismissed, and the full amount was paid to us.
We're committed to excellent service and encourage you to contact our support team directly with any further concerns.
