Nousty Reviews

I ordered a hoodie in accordance with the size chart on your website. The first one I ordered was a MEDIUM and it was too small for me. So, I reordered a LARGE (one size up) and what I just received today has a LARGE tag on it, however, it fits like a SMALL. I was considering ordering an "EXTRA LARGE" however, I have already wasted too much money with your company, so I decided to give up as I figure you folks will just never get it right. Plus, it takes forever to receive orders.

I went to Nousty.com and got scammed out of buying NFL Detroit Lions shoes. They cost me about $60, and I ordered them around the beginning of December 2025. As of right now, they have not come yet. I absolutely do not recommend buying from this site, as it is sketchy and it rips you off.

I ordered a pair of shoes in the size my daughter normally wears and they were too small and the company will not exchange them for an larger size. The return policy states that they will exchange them for a larger size but the seller refuses and states that is the size I ordered.

So I guess I’m put $58!!

Their address is coming up as a resident. Phone number doesn’t work

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Customer service has been responsive to my emails on tracking. Received 3 of my 5 items. Sizing xxl men’s looks ok but quality is awful on two of the items and not bad on the one. Still waiting for 2 more items. Company refuses returns on the poor quality merchandise since I received what I ordered. Won’t order from them again.

Just go shop on another site! I'm trying to save you time and money! I wish I would have read reviews before ordering from this site. I ordered my husband a 3X shirt for our cruise because all of his other shirts are a 3X, and when this one arrived he couldn't even button it so I emailed customer service and was told since the size I ordered matches the size they sent they cannot do a refund. Their stuff runs very small. Terrible customer service! They offered me a 40% discount code if I wanted to order another one. Are you kidding me? I won't ever be ordering from them again.

The sizing chart is way off and they wont exchange or refund if they ship the size you ordered. They say it's your fault for not ordering the right size. The 5X is barely a 3X and the XL is really a Medium at best.
Then they offer to sell you more at 50% off so you can try again for the right size!!!

Shirts were way undersized the 3 xl was barely an xl, trying to get my money back, I order often off of face book and so far this is my first negative response

Fake company raketeer A los latinos no compren nada en esta compania es un fraude total. El numero de orden no aparece en su sistema y no envian el producto Compre un reloj de corvette y nunca me llego.I not receive my order never

if there was an option for NO stars- I would have chose that! I ordered from Nousty and never received my order. After multiple attempts to contact Nousty- WITH NO RESPONSE, I finally contacted PayPal- only then did I get a response! It took a while, but finally PAYPAL refunded my money. Yet I received emails from Nousty saying they were concerned about the multiple PAYPAL disputes against them- that should be a red flag for sure!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! On 4/23/25 I ordered two hats for my husband and paid 65 bucks. The hats never came. I’ve emailed the company multiple times regarding my order and they have never responded. Very disappointing!!!!

I ordered a T-shirt size 3XL Ohio State Championship. I didn't get the shirt, so asked their customer service to cancel the order and refund my money due to the lapse of time (it was for a gift). They said there was no order. I sent them a copy of the order and payment info. Then they refused to cancel the order and insisted that they ship the T-shirt, which they did. The T-shirt was the wrong size, and made of very thin material, not high quality. Fortunately, I was able to get the money back from my bank by disputing the charge.

I purchased a polo shirt for my grandson. He loved the styling and look. Unfortunately, the logo fell off on the first wash!

I have placed a order from them and they are slow because they are in China. My order is finally on it's way to me. I placed the order January 21st it's now February 16th and I'm still waiting for it. I will update my review when I get my order. I ordered a Ohio State Buckeyes national champions hat that had a design no one else had. Again I will update my review when I get the hat with a photo if I can put a photo on here.

I am trying to get feedback for the legitimacy of this company that sells sports-team gear. The lack of information confirming a viable company is not very inviting. Buyer beware.
