I was really sceptical about using a brokerage such as NMG at first - the guaranteed price was higher than we expected and there was no cost to us so it sounded too good to be true when Paddy gave us a call offering to market the car.

How wrong I was. Paddy and the team have been excellent, communicated well and been reassuring when required. Everything from initial contact, handover of the car with the collection team, to receipt of money has been a breeze. I absolutely would sell again through them.

The process was made very easy and Paddy was proactive in contacting me agree the deal and keep me informed of progress.

Horrendous service. Took our car to sell on their forecourt. Car was stuck out in a back yard with incorrect price. Car went to them with no damage and ended up with a chip on the bonnet which rusted over the space of the 3 months they had it. Also chipped the passenger door. On showing photos to them that the car didn't have damage when they took it (which Paddy agreed) he then backed peddled and said they couldn't do anything! Avoid selling through them at all costs.

Great service from Paddy and his team at Nova. This is the second car that they have sold for us in the last 6 months. Both times we have received the exact amount promised which has been substantially better than offered by other car buying sites. Very happy and would highly recommend.
