A very terrible and unfortunate…
A very terrible and unfortunate experience.I needed to do an English to Serbian document translation,i goggled and found this company, saw several numbers, chatted one on WhatsApp and was responded to by a certain Ola. Two days later, I paid the stated sum of 50,000 Naira into the company account. Ola promised to confirm the payment and never got back until i put a call through the next day. Then on WhatsApp payment was confirmed. Ola said he thought he had confirmed payment and offered apologies, promising to deliver document the next day being Friday. Nothing was heard until Monday when i put another call through and Ola promised to deliver by the close of business that day. Unfortunately, every other call or text sent to Ola met with surprise, as if he wasn't aware of pending document delivery. Ola is the type of staff or manager no one should have at their business, incompetent, inefficient yet rude,impatient and arrogant. I was eventually refunded by Ola but got the same document translated by same company on the same day, while paying a higher cost (70,000) Naira. The translator who eventually got it done is called Oluwanifemi David. Kudos to him.My name is Emmanuel Ayomide-Praise.
