The items listed are not genuine and instead are stock photos which appear slightly similar to what's sent out, which is a cheap knock-off made of inferior materials. When I learnt about this and tried to cancel my order (as stipulated in their own returns policy but also required by UK consumer law) I recieved no response whatsoever from customer support, ultimately having my case adjudicated by the bank. This took months and was a lot of hassle.

Put simply, this site is a scam which lures you in with false stock photos and low prices. Avoid at all costs.

I am giving 0 stars as terrible experience and clearly scamming people!! I ordered 2x items that never arrived. Sent 4 emails none of which were answered! After 30 days disputed through my bank! Do NOT buy from this ‘company’!! They are nothing to do with London as looking further on website shop address is apparently in Belgium and warehouse apparently in CA USA!! Company name also not Novere London so clearly misleading people!

I give this company no stars absolutely shocking I’ve been waiting 3 months for my shirt there base must be on another planet won’t answer my emails so they have stolen money from my account this is now a police matter

No response from the company so unable to return. Would not order from them again.

Be cautious when ordering from this company. I ordered 2 dresses thinking they were coming from London but they actually came from China and took ages to arrive. I need to return the dresses and I have emailed the company more than 5 times to ask how to return them and I’ve had no response and the telephone number they give out does not work

I do not recommend this company. This is a scam! Don’t be fooled!

NOVERE LONDON is by far the worst purchase experience I have ever had. I bought a dress that was supposed to arrive within 10 days from London. The company is registered in Belgium, but it turned out that the package was actually shipped from China. This feels completely misleading and dishonest.

I probably don’t even need to mention the quality — it was absolutely terrible. I feel extremely deceived and disappointed. The package arrived today, and when I opened it, a horrible smell came out of it. It smelled like rotten fish. I immediately threw the dress into the outside trash bin.

Be very careful when dealing with this company. I would definitely not recommend them.
