Novitas was recommended by our local DIY store. Jason provided a very reasonable estimate for preparation and hanging wallpaper in the hall, staircase and landing in our Edwardian home. From the outset, Jason instilled confidence. He is so knowledgable and generous in sharing his experience.
The care and attention to detail whist preparing the walls resulted in a flawless finish. The job was not without its challenges, curved corners uneven surfaces and 120 years of wear and tear were all managed without complaint.
Communication was great, we always knew what the timeframes were and when to expect him.
Jason is a master craftsman and we feel extremely fortunate to have had him to complete the work.
We will definitely be calling on Novitas for our next project.

Having just bought our first flat, we were a bit worried about tackling our wallpapered feature wall ourselves. We contacted Jason, who was able to fit us in at short notice and did a brilliant job in just under a couple of hours.

We have now used Novitas twice in the last year to decorate our Victorian house. Firstly hallway, stairs and two landings, and more recently lounge and bedroom. Jason, the boss, is highly knowledgable, being able to provide good advice on all aspects of the work required, including the actual choice of materials. He promptly provided acceptable and comprehehsive quotes, and suitable start dates were easily agreed.

The work was carried out in a professional, polite and friendly manner, with great attention to detail. They explained what they were doing, kept us up to date with progress, and any inconvenience was minimised. Preparation was painstaking, and the overall quality of their work top class. They were punctual each morning, and tidied up at the end of the day.

We are delighted with the end results which have transformed areas of the house that hadn't received any attention in fourteen years!
